UBC BBQ Championship - Union of the Baltic Cities

UBC BBQ Championship
The UBC BBQ Championship will be held in Dolina Charlotty on 12 - 14 June 2015.
The UBC BBQ Championship will be attended by restaurants selected by UBC city
representatives. The Championship will be held back-to-back with the 73rd
Executive Board meeting of the Union of the Baltic Cities.

We also encourage catering schools from UBC cities to take part in the competition,
prepared especially for the young students of culinary arts.
The main idea of this event is to integrate the culinary promotion of regional cuisine
and having fun together. The event will be interspersed with various attractions. At
the end of the ceremony, on Saturday, we are going to listen to rock star music
performance. We believe that the magic of Charlotta Valley combined with a love of
cooking make this for all unforgettable.

14:00 – Official Launch of UBC BBQ Championship.
14:00 do 16:00 – BBQ technician training for teams.
18:00 do 21:00 – BBQ teams parade in Ustka.
21:00 do 22:00 – BBQ Ceremony for teams and UBC representatives.
