6.POZOSTAŁEINFORMACJEZWIĄZANEZUCZESTNICTWEMWZAWODACH:
• Muzykę należy dostarczyć na płycie CD przed rozpoczęciem konkurencji, muzyka z wokalem
dozwolonajestwewszystkichkategoriach;
• Zawodnicy muszą posiadać aktualne zaświadczenie lekarskie o zdolności do udziału w
zawodach,którenależyprzekazaćdoBiuraZawodów;
• Program minutowy zostanie opracowany po otrzymaniu wszystkich zgłoszeń i zostanie
opublikowanynastroniewww.pfsa.com.pl
• Elektroniczne losowanie kolejności startów odbędzie się przed zawodami, listy startowe
zostanąopublikowanenastroniewww.pfsa.com.pl
7. ZGŁOSZENIA: należy przesłać do 09.01.2017 r. na adres e-mail Sędziego Głównego,

W tym samym terminie należy wysłać na adres email [email protected]

Zgodnie z Uchwałą Zarządu PZŁF z dnia 28.08.2009, zawodnicy, których
elementy nie zostaną przesłane w terminie nie będą brali udziału w

A competitor in the Masters/Elite Masters Free Skating event must perform a well-balanced
programthatmaycontain:
A maximum of seven (7) jump elements, one of which must be an Axel type jump. Single,
doubleandtriplejumpsarepermitted.Theremaybeuptothree(3)jumpcombinationsor
jumpsequencesinthefreeprogram.
• One (1) jump combination may consist of up to three (3) listed jumps. Two (2) jump
combinationsmayconsistoftwo(2)listedjumps.
• Ajumpcombinationmayconsistofthesameoranothersingle,doubleortriplejump.
• Ajumpsequencemayconsistofanynumberofjumpsofanynumberofrevolutionsthat
maybelinkedbynon-listedjumpslikemazurkas,etc.and/orhopsimmediatelyfollowing
each other while maintaining the jump rhythm (knee); there can be no steps/ turns,

The artistic event will be judged only on the basis of Presentation Components (program

Therewillbenotechnicalpanelandnotechnicalmarkgiven.
SeeISUSpecialRegulationsandTechnicalRules2012,Singles&PairSkating,Rule522,paragraph
2foradetaileddescriptionofProgramComponents.TherespectiveRulescanbefoundontheISU
website.
Theartisticprogramconsistsofavarietyofskatingmovesselectedfortheirvalueinenhancing
the skater’s interpretation of the music rather than for their technical difficulty. Skaters will be
judgedontheirabilitytointerpretthemusicanddevelopathemebyusingtheirskatingskills.
Credit for technical elements is based solely on the ability of such movements to enhance the
chosenthemeandsupportthemusic.Creditwillnotbegivenfortheirtechnicaldifficulty.
Theprogrammustbedevelopedthroughskatingskillandqualityratherthanthroughnon-skating
actionssuchasslidingononekneeorexcessiveuseoftoestepswhichshouldbeusedonlyto

reflect the character of the program and to underline the rhythm and nuances of the chosen
music.Theskater/pairmustnotremaininoneplaceformorethanfive(5)seconds.
Any element exceeding the maximum number as set forth below will be judged as an illegal
element(1.0deduction);ifthereisnojumpornospinelementincludedoronlyajumpandno
spin or vice versa a deduction for a “missing element” of 1.0 will be made. The Referee is
responsibleforsuchdeductions.
Costumesshouldbesimple,tastefulandappropriateforsportingcompetition.Costumesshould
beselectedtoenhancetheperformancebyappropriatelyreflectingthecharacterofthemusic
andtheme.
Propsmaynotbeusedinanypartoftheartisticprograms.Anyitemthatisheldinthehandor
removedduringtheperformanceisconsideredaprop.Thus,forexample,ahatwornthroughout
the program is not considered to be a prop, but if it is intentionally removed during the
performanceitisconsideredaprop.Objectsontheice,thrownintheaudience,placedonthe
boardsoronthejudgestablearenotpermitted.Costumesthatcontainparticlesthatmaymaror
leaveanythingontheicesurface(feathers,boas,excessivebeading)areconsideredunsafeand
arenotpermitted.TheRefereeisresponsibleforpropdeductions.

The Artistic Skate is a competitive program that must include elements of the sport of figure
skating. At least one (1) but a maximum of two (2) single jumps and at least one (1) but a
maximum of two (2) spins MUST be included. No axel jump or double jumps are allowed. No
combinationjumpsareallowed.
Duration:ThemaximumtimeforMastersEliteandMastersArtisticSkatingis2minutesand10
seconds, but may be less. The maximum time for Gold, Silver and Bronze Artistic Skating is 1
minute40seconds,butmaybeless.
Factor:ThepointsforeachProgramComponentaremultipliedbyafactorof1.0
