Mr Grzegorz Stulgis
Grzegorz Stulgis is co-owner of Alumetal SA and the member of the Supervisory Board since 2003,
and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board since 2008. He started his professional carrier in 1996
working as the financial analyst in Louisiana Department of Insurance, and within the years 19962000 as the financial analyst and next the investment consultant in Pekao Alliance TFI S.A. Within
2000 - 2003 he worked as the investment consultant in Credit Suisse Asset Management S.A., and
within 2000-2001 in PKO/Credit Suisse TFI S.A. Within 2003-2005 Grzegorz Stulgis run his own
business under the name Esquire Stulgis Grzegorz. He is the Mamber of the Supervisory Board of
Stomil Sanok S.A. (since 2004 r.) and a partner in Grzegorz Stulgis S.K.A. (since 2010) and Grzegorz
Stulgis Nova S.K.A. (since 2013). Moreover, he is the member of the Board of Fundacja Ukryte
Talenty (since 2012), Fundacja Przyjazny Kraj (since 2013) and Fundacji na rzecz przeciwdziałania
Kradzieży i Dewastacji Infrastruktury (since 2014 ) , as well as the member of the Non-Ferrous Metals
and Recycling Chamber of Commerce (since 2011).
Grzegorz Stulgis completed education at Akademia Ekonomiczna in Poznań in the field of Finance
and Banking, he is also a certified investment consultant.

Pan Grzegorz Stulgis
Grzegorz Stulgis jest współwłaścicielem Alumetal SA oraz jej członkiem Rady Nadzorczej od 2003 r.
a od 2008 Przewodniczącym Rady Nadzorczej. Swoją karierę rozpoczął w roku 1996 pracując jako
analityk finansowy w Louisiana Department of Insurance, a w latach 1996-2000 jako analityk
finansowy, a następnie doradca inwestycyjny w Pekao Alliance TFI S.A. W okresie od 2000 r. do
2003 r. pracował jako doradca inwestycyjny w Credit Suisse Asset Management S.A., a w latach
2000-2001 w PKO/Credit Suisse TFI S.A. W latach 2003-2005 Grzegorz Stulgis prowadził również
działalność gospodarczą pod nazwą Esquire Stulgis Grzegorz. Jest członkiem rady nadzorczej Stomil
Sanok S.A. (od 2004 r.) oraz komplementariuszem spółek Grzegorz Stulgis S.K.A. (od 2010 r.) i
Grzegorz Stulgis Nova S.K.A. (od 2013 r.). Ponadto jest członkiem rady w Fundacji Ukryte Talenty
(od 2012 r.), w Fundacji Przyjazny Kraj (od 2013 r.) i Fundacji na rzecz przeciwdziałania Kradzieży i
Dewastacji Infrastruktury (od 2014 r.), oraz członkiem rady Izby Gospodarczej Metali Nieżelaznych i
Recyklingu (od 2011 r.).
Grzegorz Stulgis ukończył Akademię Ekonomiczną w Poznaniu na kierunku Finanse i Bankowość,
jest również licencjonowanym doradcą inwestycyjnym
