Ryszard Kunicki – Chairman of the Supervisory Board
A graduate of University of Warmia and Mazury (Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski, formerly
Akademia Rolniczo-Techniczna in Olsztyn). Mr Kunicki received an MBA and holds a First Degree of
Professional Specialisation and the title of Engineer in general technical studies with the major in
Organisation and Management. Furthermore, he participated in several dozen trainings and courses
on the subjects associated with the industry, organised by Norsk Hydro and Yara International in
Oslo and Brussels, and he completed internships in the plants of Norsk Hydro (USA and Canada). In
the years 1991-2007, Mr Kunicki was the President of the Management Board, the Vice-President of
the Management Board and the Sales Director at Hydro Poland Sp. z o.o. (now under the new name
of Yara Poland). From 2008 he held the position of the Director of Strategy and Development of Yara
Continental Europe at Yara International ASA, one of the world’s largest consolidated corporations
in the chemical industry. In the years 2008-2012, he was the President of the Management Board of
CIECH S.A. Chemical Group. In the past, he served on supervisory boards of many companies,
including ZCH ALWERNIA S.A., ZCH Organika-Sarzyna S.A., Soda Polska Ciech Sp. z o.o., and
GZNF Fosfory Sp. o.o.
Paweł Łossowski
Mr Łossowski graduated from the Institute of German Studies (MA) and the Postgraduate
Management Studies at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw.
In 1994 he became the President of the Management Board and co-owner of an outsourcing
company Richter Sp. z o.o.
From December 2000 to May 2001, he was the Commercial Director at Everclean Sp. z o.o.
In 2001-2008, he was the President of the Management Board at Everclean Sp. z o.o. outsourcing
company, later EVER GRUPA Sp. z o.o. (co-owner). Since March 2008, he has been the Chairman of
the Supervisory Board of EVER GRUPA Sp. z o.o.
From December 2005 to July 2007 he was the President of the Management Board of Eversport Sp. z
o.o. (co-owner).
He is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of EVERSPORT S.A. and Spartan Capital S.A., and
a Member of the Supervisory Board of Ever Services Sp. z o.o.
Conall Mcguire
Marketing & Sales, Studied Arts in University College Dublin and also graduated from Dublin
Institute of Technology with a degree in Tourism Marketing.
He has garnered professional experience in a number of European countries including Ireland,
Holland & Germany. The background of this expeience is mostly real estate, construction &
development. In the past he has served as CEO of ProStream Sp. z o. o. and is currently the CEO of
Setanta Finance Group S.A., Warsaw Properties Sp. z o. o., Warsaw Property Fund Sp. z o. o.
Sławomir Jarecki - Członek Rady Nadzorczej
Ukończył studia magisterskie na kierunku ekonomia specjalność ekonomia przemysłu na Wydziale
Ekonomiczno-Socjologicznym Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego. Jest także absolwentem studiów
podyplomowych z rachunkowości i zarządzania finansami prowadzonych przez ten wydział W latach
2007-2011 był dyrektorem finansowym Centrum Nauki i Biznesu ŻAK Sp. z o.o. w Łodzi. Od 2011
jest wiceprezesem zarządu PF Investments Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. Pan Sławomir Jarecki jest członkiem
niezależnym Rady Nadzorczej MakoLab S.A. i jej wiceprzewodniczącym oraz członkiem rady
nadzorczej City Inspire S.A.
Witold Dudaczyk - Członek Rady Nadzorczej
Absolwent Społecznej Wyższej Szkoły Przedsiębiorczości i Zarządzania w Łodzi na kierunku
Zarządzanie. W 2010 Wiceprezes Centrum Nauki i Biznesu "ŻAK" Sp. z o.o. największej w Polsce
sieci szkół dla dorosłych. Od 2012 r. - Prezes Zarządu. Członek Business Centre Club.
