20.09.2016, Zahna-Elster | Unter strahlendem Sonnenschein treffen Bürgermeister Peter Müller und das Wind-Team der
vortex energy Gruppe auf alle am Bau beteiligten Unternehmen, um gemeinsam mit über 200 Gästen auf die erfolgreiche
Inbetriebnahme anzustoßen, unter ihnen Grundstückseigentümer, die das Projekt seit knapp vier Jahren begleiten, sowie
interessierte Bewohner aus den umliegenden Gemeinden Gadegast, Zallmsdorf, Naundorf, Mellnitz, Leetza, Külso und
Dietrichsdorf.
Die Bauarbeiten für den Windpark Gadegast begannen Ende März diesen Jahres und wurden im September erfolgreich beendet.
„Ich möchte dem Anlagenhersteller GE danken, unserem Bauleiter Dirk Kleemann von der Firma Zetcon, dem Bauunternehmen
Max Bögl, der Netzgesellschaft Mitnetz und der Stettiner Firma Global Energy sowie dem Investment-Team von Prime Capital.
Die Zusammenarbeit lief vorbildlich und ermöglichte der vortex energy Crew eine schnelle Realisierung des Windparks
Gadegast in sieben Monaten. Da kann man schon mal allen Beteiligten auf die Schulter klopfen“, freut sich Dr. Florian Leuthold,
Vorstandsmitglied und Geschäftsführer der vortex energy Deutschland GmbH, bei seiner Eröffnungsrede. Daran schließt sich
Christian Banzer an und eröffnet das Buffet. Als Geschäftsführer von Prime Capital, vertrat dieser den Windpark-Investor, eine
deutsche Versicherung, in allen Phasen der Projektübernahme.
Errichtet wurden die Windenergieanlagen vom Typ GE 2.75 MW mit einer Gesamthöhe von 199 m. Jede der Anlagen hat eine
elektrische Leistung von 2,75 Megawatt. Die Nabenhöhe beträgt 139 Meter, der Rotordurchmesser 120 Meter. Bereits fünf von
acht Anlagen speisen Strom ins regionale Netz ein. Die übrigen drei werden bis zum Ende des Monats in Betrieb genommen und
somit insgesamt über 16.000 Haushalte mit grünem Strom versorgen.
Besonderes Augenmerk wurde bei diesem Projekt auf Kommunikation und Transparenz gelegt, um die Akzeptanz durch die
Bevölkerung zu fördern. Von Anfang an wurden die Bürger mit persönlichen Gesprächen und regelmäßigen Projekt-Newslettern
in den Projektverlauf integriert. Auf der Einweihungsfeier boten Projektbroschüren zudem die Gelegenheit, den gesamten
Ablauf erneut Revue passieren zu lassen – von der Erstellung sämtlicher Umweltgutachten über die BImSchG-Genehmigung bis
hin zum ersten Spatenstich für die Fundamentgruben.
Für die richtige Wohlfühlatmosphäre an diesem Abend sorgten Saxophonist Phunky Phil sowie Ingrid Neubert von der Gaststätte
„Zum Wiesengrund“ mit herzhaften Köstlichkeiten aus der Region.
Nach dem Bau ist vor dem Bau
Der Windpark Gadegast wurde durch die vortex energy Deutschland GmbH seit Ende 2012 entwickelt, geplant und realisiert.
Nach Inbetriebnahme bleibt sie mit dem Zahna-Elster-Kreis weiterhin eng verbunden. Vortex energy übernimmt die technische
Betriebsführung der Windenergieanlagen und führt zahlreiche Umweltausgleichsmaßnahmen aus, um die natürliche
Umgebung zu erhalten. Insgesamt hat die vortex energy Gruppe 18 Windparks mit einer Gesamtkapazität von 366 MW in
Deutschland und Polen umgesetzt. Das nächste Windprojekt „Felsberg“ befindet sich in der Heimatregion Nordhessen bereits in
den Startlöchern. Baubeginn ist Oktober 2016. Insgesamt sollen dort sechs Nordex N-131/3000 Anlagen mit einer Nennleistung
von je 3MW und einer Gesamtleistung von 18 MW 2017 in Betrieb gehen. Besonderheiten dieses Projekts sind zum einen der
Waldstandort und zum anderen die Umsetzung einer Bürgerwindkraftanlage.

20 Sept. 2016, Zahna-Elster | Under clear skies, mayor Peter Müller and the vortex energy group’s wind team met with all the
companies involved in the construction to celebrate successful commissioning together with over 200 guests. Among them
were property owners, who have been supporting the project now for almost four years, as well as interested residents from the
surrounding communities of Gadegast, Zallmsdorf, Naundorf, Mellnitz, Leetza, Külso and Dietrichsdorf.
Construction of the Gadegast wind farm began at the end of March this year and was successfully completed in September. “I
would like to thank system manufacturer GE, our site manager Dirk Kleemann from Zetcon, the Max Bögl construction company,
the power grid company Mitnetz and the company Global Energy from Stettin as well as the investment team from Prime
Capital. The teamwork on this project was exemplary and allowed vortex energy’s team to quickly implement the Gadegast
wind farm in just seven months. Everyone involved deserves a pat on the back”, says Dr. Florian Leuthold, Board Member and
Managing Director of vortex energy Deutschland GmbH, in his welcoming speech. Christian Banzer then opened the buffet. As
the Managing Director of Prime Capital, he represented the wind farm investor, a German insurance company, in all the phases
of project acquisition.
GE 2.75 MW wind energy systems with a total height of 199 meters were constructed. Each of the systems has an electrical
output of 2.75 MW. The hub height is 139 meters, and the rotor diameter is 120 meters. Five of eight systems are already
feeding power into the regional grid. The rest of them will be started by the end of the month, thus providing a total of 16,000
households with green energy.
This project placed special emphasis on communication and transparency in order to promote acceptance among the local
population. From the outset, citizens were involved in the project via personal talks and regular project newsletters. At the
opening ceremony, project brochures also provided an overview of the project – from acquiring all environmental certifications
and approval according to the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) to the first steps of laying the foundation.
Saxophonist Phunky Phil ensured the perfect atmosphere and Ingrid Neubert from the restaurant “Zum Wiesengrund” provided
tasty regional cuisine.
After construction is before construction
Starting at the end of 2012, vortex energy Deutschland GmbH developed, planned and implemented Gadegast wind farm.
Following commissioning, it remains closely tied to the Zahna-Elster district. Vortex energy will be responsible for technical
management of the wind energy systems as well as carrying out numerous environmental compensation measures to maintain
the natural environment. The vortex energy group has implemented 18 wind farms with a total capacity of 366 MW in Germany
and Poland. The next wind project “Felsberg” is already in the starting blocks in the home region of Northern Hesse. Construction
starts in October 2016. A total of six Nordex N-131/3000 systems with an installed capacity of 3 MW each and total output of 18
MW will be commissioned in 2017. Special features of this project include its forest location and implementation of a communal
wind energy system.

się ze wszystkimi przedsiębiorstwami uczestniczącymi w budowie, aby wraz z ponad 200 przybyłymi gośćmi wznieść toast za
uruchomienie farmy wiatrowej. Wydarzenie zaszczycili swoją obecnością właściciele działek, którzy towarzyszyli projektowi od
niemal czterech lat, jak również zainteresowani mieszkańcy pobliskich gmin Gadegast, Zallmsdorf, Naundorf, Mellnitz, Leetza,
Külso i Dietrichsdorf.
Prace budowlane na farmie wiatrowej Gadegast rozpoczęto pod koniec marca tego roku i dzięki skutecznym działaniom
ukończono z powodzeniem już we wrześniu. „Z tego miejsca chciałbym podziękować producentowi urządzeń GE, naszemu
kierownikowi budowy Dirkowi Kleermannowi z firmy Zatcon, firmie budowlanej Max Bögl, spółce przesyłowej Minetz i
szczecińskiej firmie Global Energy, jak również zespołowi inwestora z Prime Capital. Współpraca przebiegała niezawodnie
i umożliwiła zespołowi vortex energy szybką, niespełna siedmiomiesięczną realizację farmy wiatrowej Gadegast. Wszyscy
możemy sobie dzisiaj wzajemnie pogratulować‘‘, oświadczył z radością dr Florian Leuthold, Prezes vortex energy Deutschland
GmbH podczas swojego inauguracyjnego przemówienia. Do tych słów przyłączył się również Christian Banzer, dokonując
jednocześnie oficjalnego otwarcia eventu. Na wszystkich etapach prowadzenia projektu, jako Prezes Prime Capital reprezentował
on inwestora farmy wiatrowej, niemieckie towarzystwo ubezpieczeniowe.
W ramach projektu postawiono turbiny typu GE 2,75 MW o łącznej wysokości 199 metrów. Każda z turbin posiada moc 2,75
megawata. Piasta położona jest na wysokości 139 metrów, a średnica wirnika wynosi 120 metrów. Już pięć spośród ośmiu turbin
zaopatruje regionalną sieć w energię elektryczną. Trzy pozostałe zostaną uruchomione przed końcem miesiąca i tym samym
będą dostarczać zieloną energię do niemal 16 000 gospodarstw domowych.
Podczas realizacji projektu szczególną uwagę zwrócono na komunikację i transport, aby zyskać społeczne poparcie dla realizacji
przedsięwzięcia. Mieszkańcy od samego początku informowani byli o szczegółowych planach projektowych w ramach
bezpośrednich rozmów, jak również dzięki cyklicznemu newsletterowi projektowemu. Broszury projektowe dostępne podczas
uroczystego otwarcia dały okazję ku temu, by raz jeszcze prześledzić cały przebieg projektu - począwszy od sporządzania analizy
wpływu na środowisko, poprzez uzyskanie pozwolenia zgodne z Federalną Ustawą BImSchG (Federalna Ustawa o Ochronie
Atmosfery przed Zanieczyszczeniami), aż po wbicie pierwszej łopaty pod budowę farmy wiatrowej.
Niepowtarzalną atmosferę tego wieczoru uświetnił występ saksofonisty Phunky Phil, jak również wyborne smaki regionu
serwowane przez Ingrid Neubert z gospody „Zum Wiesengrund”.
Budowa za budową
Farma wiatrowa Gadegast była projektowana, planowana i realizowana przez vortex energy Deutschland GmbH od końca
2012 roku. Nawet po jej uruchomieniu spółka pozostanie nadal w bliskich kontaktach z okręgiem Zahna-Elster. Vortex
energy będzie bowiem czuwać nad techniczną obsługą eksploatacji elektrowni wiatrowych i podejmie realizację licznych
działań równoważących, zmierzających do zachowania nienaruszonego stanu środowiska naturalnego. Grupa vortex energy
zrealizowała w Niemczech i Polsce łącznie 18 farm wiatrowych o łącznej mocy 366 MW i rozpoczyna właśnie kolejny projekt
wiatrowy „Felsberg“ w rodzimym regionie Hesji Północnej. Początek budowy planowany jest na październik. W 2017 zostanie tu
oddanych do eksploatacji łącznie sześć turbin Nordex N-131/3000 o mocy znamionowej 3 MW każda oraz łącznej mocy 18 MW.
Jest to projekt wyjątkowy, z jednej strony ze względu na malownicze położenie w otoczeniu lasu, a z drugiej strony z uwagi na
fakt objęcia projektem realizacji turbiny wiatrowej z inicjatywy obywateli.
