Regarding the organization and conduct of National
Advanced Aerobatic Championship
I. Organization of the Competition
According to the calendar of sporting events of Polish Aero Club in 2013 from
26.07 to 30.07.2013 at the Aeroclub of Radoms airfield will take place National
Advanced Aerobatic Championships included in the Polish Cup.
Competition will be conducted if at least 5 competitors will be participate.
Championships will be conducted in accordance with FAI rules, Civil Aviation
Regulations and local regulations. Arrival of Judges and contestants on Radom
Piastów airfield will be held on 26.07.
II. Notification and participation.
1. Regional Aeroclubs notify regional contestants.
2. Contestants must have valid Sport licence In aerobatics
3. Contestants are notified by Regional Aeroclubs till 15.07.2013 on adress:

Contestants must have:
¾ Regional Aeroclub notification
¾
Valid pilot license
¾ Valid sport license
¾ Personal logbook, actual valid Aeronatuical Konwlege Test, and aerobatic flight
technique check.
¾ current permit to reduce the height of aerobatic flight (not lower than 300 m)
¾ Valid accident insurance with hight risk

IV.
Contest support
1. Referees Committee appointed Commission aerobatics.
2. For proper conduct of the championships Chief Judge, Jury and Sport Director
organizer will appoint at least 10 people to support Competition, including at least two
to operate the camera on the judge's positions.
V. Contest planes

¾ Reserve ZLIN 50 LS SP – AUD,

1. Check the contestants documentation, start service, directing flights - responsible
Head of Training.
2. Checking the preparation of aircraft [as technical documentation] - responsible
Technical Director.
3. Allocation of planes for the National Team by. HR Trainer decision.
VI.
General provisions
1. Arrival of the players, managers, support staff and the Jury force on 26.07.2013 till
1800 hours.
2. Management and Jury enjoy free accommodation and food.
3. Each pilot or on behalf of the regional flying club will make a mandatory statutory fee
in the amount of 1,500 zł (fee include the cost of fuel and oil on competition,
organizational costs, transport hotel - airport, the cost of food and accommodation).
Polish Representation to EAAC2013 is exempt from the fee.
4. Payments should be made to the account number. 72 9132 0001 0002 9315 2000

The costs of the Jury commission is covered by the organizer of the special fund by
the Aerobatics Commission.
6. If you exceed the appropriations, deficit is covered by the organizer.
7. After event Contest Director will make report to the Polish Aero Club for the Aerobatic
Commission together from existing financial settlement.
