Due to the World Youth Days we are looking for:
Temporary Customer Assistant

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO:




be a Customer’s helpdesk support – providing actual time schedule information (delays, changes,
etc.),
be a temporary direct Customer (passenger) support on stations/platform areas, ticket offices
and Customer Information Points,
give a support with providing help for disabled passengers (people with restricted mobility) to
enter/leave the train or get to the platform;
coordinate tasks with Sales and Marketing Departments.
REQUIREMENTS:



fluent English
other language (French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese) will be a strong advantage;
previous experience with customer support or voluntary activities on mass events will be an
advantage.
