RB 12/2009 – Change in the composition of the Bank Management Board –
announced on 10 July 2009
In fulfilment of provisions of § 5 subpara. 1 point 21 and point 22 and of the
Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and interim
reports published by issuers of securities and conditions deemed equivalent to
information required under regulations of a non-member state, Bank Ochrony
Środowiska S.A. with registered seat in Warsaw announces that on 10 July 2009 the
Bank Supervisory Board passed a resolution to dismiss, as of 10 July 2009, Mr Jerzy
Witold Pietrewicz as Vice-President First Deputy President of the Management Board
of BOŚ S.A. overseeing risk management and debt recovery operations.
The Supervisory Board then passed a resolution to appoint, as of 10 July 2009,
Mr Stanisław Kolasiński as Vice-President of the Management Board of BOŚ S.A.
overseeing risk management and debt recovery operations.
