The Management Board of Impel SA reports that it yesterday received a notification from
Pioneer Pekao Investment Management SA, acting pursuant to Art. 69 Item 1 section 1 of
the Act of July 29th 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of
Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (Dz. U. of 2005 No. 184
Item 1539), concerning the increased involvement Pioneer Akcji Polski Fundusz
Inwestycyjny Otwarty (hereinafter referred to as “Pioneer Akcji Polski FIO”), reaching 5.20%
of the total vote at Impel SA’s General Shareholders Meeting, within the scope of the shares
held by Pioneer Akcji Polski Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, and comprised in the portfolios
managed by Pioneer Pekao Investment Management SA, as part of the contracted service
of financial instruments broker portfolio management.
Before the change, Pioneer Akcji Polski FIO held 992,160 shares of Impel SA accounting for
6.60% of the Issuer’s share capital (992,160 votes at the Issuer’s General Shareholders
Meeting, representing 4.95% of the total vote).
Following the acquisition of Impel SA’s shares on June 28th 2007, Pioneer Akcji Polski FIO
now holds 1,041,645 shares of Impel SA accounting for 6.93% share in the Issuer’s share
capital, and 1,041,645 votes at the Issuer’s General Shareholders Meeting, representing
5.20% of the total vote).
Pioneer Pekao Investment Management SA – in performance of the service of financial
instruments broker portfolio management (ordered by Pioneer Pekao Towarzystwo
Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA, which acts on behalf of Pioneer Akcji Polski FIO) – reported,
on June 5th 2007, about the exceeding the level of 10.26% of the total vote at Impel SA’s
General Shareholders Meeting, by the investment funds (including Pioneer Akcji Polski FIO)
managed by Pioneer Pekao Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA. The abovementioned information was released by the Issuer in its Current Report No. 25/2007 of June
6th 2007.
