The Management of FABRYKI MEBLI "FORTE" S.A. with registered office in Ostrów Mazowiecka
hereby informs that on 20th June, 2014 the following information was received from Pioneer Pekao
Investment Management SA (PPIM):
"Pioneer Pekao Investment SA (PPIM), acting on the basis of Art. 69, section 1, item 2, in
conjunction with Art. 87, section 1, item 3(b) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on on public offer and
conditions for introducing the financial instruments into the organized trade system and on public
companies.[ J. of Laws from 2009, No. 185, item 1439 as amended.] hereby informs regarding a
decrease of total engagement to the level of 4.93% of total number of votes at the General Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company: FABRYKA MEBLI "FORTE" S.A. in the scope of financial
instruments constituting the content of portfolios managed as part of the service provided by PPIM of
managing the portfolio of financial instruments.
