Surface preparation: The rough surface of the working joint must be clean and free from loose particles and debris. 4 Montageanleitung Wytyczne montaȈu Application guidelines Application guidelines Te c h n o l o g i e s f o r t h e c o n s t r u c t i o n i n d u s t r y 5 Montageanleitung Wytyczne montaȈu Application guidelines Application guidelines )#%*( ■!# $' +$ (*"" # $ ■!#" $' ",-/ ■7' ($*9:$;/ ($ 2 Fixing of Intec ® Standard: ■ Injection hose must be xed in such a way that continuous contact between the hose and the concrete is maintained. ■ Injection hose should be xed at a maximum of 15 cm intervals. ■ Positioning of Intec® Standard Hose: Lay the hose centrally in section for structural elements up to 60 cm width. In case of wider elements (d > 60 cm), the injection hose should be located approx. 25 cm away from any water bearing surface. 6 Montageanleitung Wytyczne montaȈu Application guidelines Application guidelines Te c h n o l o g i e 7 Montageanleitung Wytyczne montaȈu Application guidelines Application guidelines +)#%*&& %#,( gwoȇdzie do ǴwieȈego betonu 1 1 ■ Shnappi Schnappiplastikowe metalowy z gwoȇdziem2 2 ■ Uchwyt Metallschelle mit Nageldübel plastikowy z gwoȇdzem przeznaczony do osadzaka 3 3 ■ Uchwyt Kunststoff Intec® Schelle mit Nagel für Bolzenschubwerkzeug metalowy z gwoȇdzem przeznaczony do osadzaka 4 4 ■ Uchwyt Metallschelle mit vormontiertem Nagel für Bolzenschubwerkzeug For fixing of Intec ® Standard we recommend the use of: ■ Schnappi Ties 1 ■ Metal clips with nail plugs 2 ■ Intec® plastic clip with nail for use with cartridge nail guns 3 ■ Alternatively use metal clips with pre-tted nails for use with cartridge nail guns 4 8 Montageanleitung Wytyczne montaȈu Application guidelines Application guidelines 1 2 3 4 Te c h n o l o g i e s f o r t h e c o n s t r u c t i o n i n d u s t r y 9 Montageanleitung Wytyczne montaȈu Application guidelines Application guidelines %( ■>(*' & & " $' -: ■!
