ROHLIG SUUS Logistics is one of the fastest growing logistics companies in Poland.
The company occupies 10th place in logistics rating per volume of basic sales income and 2nd place for sales of basic forwarding
activity of which is road freight (Rzeczpospolita 2011)
The company was established in Poland in 1989, but started operations one year later.
Currently ROHLIG SUUS Logistics deals with encommpassing management of logistics and transport. It implements logistics processes
based on road, sea, air and rail transport,as well as warehouse facilities, paying particular attention to professional and personal
customer service.
In spite of international nature of business, since 2006 the sole owner of the company is Polish businessman, Tadeusz Chmielewski. In
the field of air and air freight company cooperates closely with an international group Röhlig & Co.
In Poland ROHLIG SUUS Logistics employs more than 700 people (2011).
In the years 2003-2008 annual revenue growth of ROHLIG SUUS Logistics amounted to over than 35%, while the number of orders
increased in this period an average of 35.5% per annum.
LOGISTICS INDUSTRY
Prospects for the development of transport and logistic sector - in coming years assume that this sector will benefit from the evergrowing importance of international trade. The development of global economy and the emergence of new concepts of management
and organization of production meant that companies seek to reduce the maximum level of stocks and to more efficient organization of
supply. The aim is to eliminate the need to maintain costly storage functions in the supply of materials "just-in-time". Consistent efforts
to reduce business costs and increasing tendency to closely focus on its core business make transport and logistics functions are

In Poland ROHLIG SUUS Logistics operates based on 18 branch offices (2010) and own terminal network. The company implements
international road-freight in cooperation with selected partners from European countries. They are strong regional companies, well

In the field of air and sea freight ROHLIG SUUS Logistics is a partner of international Group ROHLIG&CO (operating on the forwarding
market since 1852 and functioning through more than 200 branches worldwide). Thanks to strategic cooperation ROHLIG SUUS
Logistics uses the operational capability and logistics infrastructure ROHLIG & CO. for the implementation of air and sea orders, while
remaining financially independent.

FINANCIAL RESULTS
ROHLIG SUUS Logistics each year notes the steady rise in revenue. Sustainable growth of financial performance is primarily the result
of consistently implemented strategy of development and reinforcement of our position on the forwarding and logistics market.
In the years 2003-2010 annual revenue growth of ROHLIG SUUS Logistics amounted to approximately 30%, while the number of
orders increased in this period an average of 35.5% per annum.
CORPORATE BRAND AND IMAGE
Rohlig brand is present in Poland form 1989.
In 2009 the Board decided to hold a rebranding process, consisting of change of company name from the Rohlig Poland into ROHLIG
SUUS Logistics, introducment of new corporate identity as well as refreshment and improvement of development strategies pursued.

The change was intended to emphasize the potential of the services offered and the independence of an international group ROHLIG &
CO. It was accompanied by changing the logo and corporate identity.
The new name is composed of three elements:

ROHLIG emphasizes cooperation with an international corporation ROHLIG & CO in air and sea freight, long-standing
tradition and experience as well as guarantee of permanent presence in international markets.

The second and third element SUUS Logistics combine in one sentence (suus: means in Latin his / its), and indicate a
strong competence development of the Polish company in logistics and road freight.

Business and development perspectives of ROHLIG SUUS
Logistics are largely based on knowledge, experience and
qualifications of employees. The company has a motivated and
well-coordinated team of competent people who are serving
demanding customers in various sectors, on the various logistics and
forwarding products, with full attention to the professionalism and
personalization of relationship.
ROHLIG SUUS Logistics employs over 600 people. Office staff
is 60% of the workforce, the rest of the cast - (40%) - warehouse
staff.

With a group ROHLIG & CO. He has been is associated since 1990. He is one of the
initiators and the first member of the board of the nationwide association of customs
agencies. Since 1994, he managed Rohlig Poland as the General Director. In 1999 he
bought 25% shares in the company of Elektrim SA. In 2003 he became a chairman of
the board of Rohlig Poland, and in 2006 acquired the remaining 75% stake from the
German partner, becoming the sole shareholder in the Polish company.
In 2008, He initiated the process of rebranding, accompanied by a change of
development strategy and transformation of the company in ROHLIG SUUS Logistics in May
2009.
He has 15 years of experience in management, while with the branch logistics and
forwarding is associated from 20 years.
He graduated from Warsaw Academy of Physical Education. He also completed MBA in
International Business School at the Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw (1997). He
expanded his workshop at the Annual Training Program for management skills Management ™ 2005, organized by the Canadian International Management Institute and
Harvard Business School Publishing.
In his spare time he is actively doing water sports, golf and yoga. He is a passionate about culinary arts and wine.
