1. RULES:
1.1 The event will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing
- Windsurfing Competition Rules (WCR).
1.2 If there is a conflict between languages the English text will take precedence.
1.3 This is an ISAF Grade 3 Event for the RS:X Class

- Techno KIDS girls (born 2004 or later, sail to 4,0m2)
- Techno KIDS boys (born 2004 or later, sail to 4,0m2)
- Techno 293 do 5,8 girls (born 2003 or later )
- Techno 293 do 5,8 boys (born 2003 or later)
- Techno 293 6,8 girls (born 2002 or later )
- Techno 293 6,8 boys (born 2002 or later )
- Techno 293 7,8 girls (born 2000 or later)
- Techno 293 7,8 boys (born 2000 or later)
- RS-X Women Youth ( born 1998 or later)
- RS-X Men Youth( born 1998 or later)

A minimum of 5 competitors is required to constitute a division.
3. ENTRIES
3.1 All the competitors must contact with the organizer at [email protected]
before the 15th of May to confirm their participation. Applications received later will
cause increased entry fee of 10 PLN
The entry fees will be paid at the moment of the registration in the Race Office.
4. ENTRY FEES:
The entry fees are:
Techno KIDS – 40 PLN,
Techno – 60 PLN ,
RS:X and Raceboard- 70PLN
5. ENTRY:
The following shall be presented upon registration:
- Original Regatta Entry Form. It will be available on the event website
www.szturwal.pl from the 1st of April 2016
- Payment of the entry fees.
- Federation License (for the Polish sailors)
- Evidence of valid third party liability insurance
6. RACE FORMAT
6.1 A maximum of 11 races shall be sailed. No more than 4 races per day will be
sailed. The event will be valid if 3 or more races are completed.
6.2 Different classes may race together depending on entry numbers.
6.3 On the 05st of June the last warning signal can’t be given later than at 14.30hrs

11.00 – Opening Ceremony

8. SAILING INSTRUCTIONS
The sailing instructions will be available upon registration.
9. IMAGE RIGHTS AND ADVERTISING
Boards may be required to display advertising chosen and supplied by the organizing
authority.
The competitors, in registering for the event grant to the Organising Authority free
from charge and in perpetuity the competitors image rights, defined as the right and
license to us the name, likeness, photographic or other image of any crew member
involved in the Major of Kalisz CUP International Windsurfing Regatta.
10. PRIZES
TOTAL SUM OF AWARDS: 5.000,00 Euro
11. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Competitors take part in all races at their own risk. The Organising Authority, or any
of their officials or representatives or sponsors or their officials or representatives are
not responsible, under any circumstances, for any damage, loss or injury either
ashore or on the water either to persons or equipment, which may result.
Participation in this event, supporting events and in each race in them is at the sole
discretion of the sailor and at his/her own risk..
12. ACCOMODATION
The organizer can support all foreign participants to book low fare hotels and meals.
Camper vans can be parked at competition site free of charge.
