Osiek
Osiek is a village in Poland located in the małopolska province, in the district of
Oświecim, in the municipality of Osiek. It covers an area of 29.11 km ²
Within the villages are the following hamlets: Osiek Lower, Upper Osiek, Osiek
Medium, Black Forest, Border Polańska, Hemplówka, New Road, Cross Street, Old
Road, Trichinella, Zabrzezinie, Zaolszynie and Jewish Town.
Pastoral activities in the village lead: the parish of St. Andrew the Apostle in Osiek and St. pastoral
center. Stanislaus Bishop Martyr in Upper Osiek.
In the years 1975-1998 the town administratively belonged to the province of Bielsko.
Place especially worth seeing is the palace-manor house and a wooden church from the sixteenth
century in Osiek, which is no longer used as an object of liturgical worship here since the nineteenth
century brick church was built in the Gothic style. In the church are relics of Padre Pio, and
stigmatic Capuchin from Pietrelcina.

Przeciszów
Przeciszow is a rural commune in the Malopolska province, in the district of
Oświęcim. In the years 1975-1998 the village was located in the province of
Bielsko.
According to the data from 30 June 2004 there were 6,691 people lived in
Przeciszów municipality.
In the municipality there are 3 villages in the villages of Forest, Piotrowice, Przeciszow.
Villages without status of rural administrative units are: Podlesie, Przyręb
Place that is worth seeing is Saint John the Baptist Church in Przeciszów which is the parish church
of the Holy Nativity. It was entered in the register of historical monuments, but was canceled due to
the replacement of historic doors.It was built between 1816-1823, and designed by Joseph
Heintzego. The church was built in the style of neo-baroque with a square tower.
In the inferior design consist of images of the Passion, St.Lucy, and Our Lady of the Miraculous .
Within the municipality were found nine floristic species under strict protection. The most widely
represented is water grzybieńczyk. The others are: common periwinkle, English ivy, helleborine,
walnut water-caltrop, fern, horsetail, orchid and daphne.

Zator
Location
Zator is a town in małoplskie province, in Oświęcim district.
According to the data from 2010, the town had 3 718 residents.
Zator is situated on Skawa, in Oświęcim Valley.
It is especially known for its fish farming, namely carp king and event that is connected with that
fish – Zator Carp Days.
In the years 1975-1998 the town administratively belonged to the Bielsko province.
Monuments
Parish Church. St. Adalbert And St.George from 1393. Restored several times, most recently in
the years 1959-1973 with a partial reconstruction of the interior. Inside the neo-Gothic church altar
there is an image of Our Lady of the Snow-covered silver dress and the Way of the Cross by Slovak
artist Bogun. It is a dean church
Zator's Castle was originally built as a defensive one, then it was rebuilt and served as a
residence for the princes in 1445. Completely restored by Potoccy Family in 1836. Rooms on the
ground floor are available to the public.

Tomice
Tomice municipality is located in the basin of the Skawa River, on the border of
Wieliczka Foothills and Silesia, at an altitude of 240 to 411 m above sea level, on
the important transport routes from Wadowice to Krakow through Skawina and
to Oświęcim through Zator.. It shares the borders with: Wadowice and
municipalities like: Brzeźnica, Spytkowice, Wieprz, Zator.
The commune consists of six villages (Lgota, Radocza, Tomice, Witanowice, Woźniki and
Zygodowice). It covers an area of 41.7 km2 and has 7,442 inhabitants. (data from 2008)
Small distance from Krakow and Silesia makes the area of the municipality the popular option for
Saturday-Sunday rest, promotes hiking and biking. There are two sections of trails, 'yellow'
(Wadowice – Kalwaria Zebrzydowska through the Wieliczka Foothills) and 'green' (valley of
Skawa). Skawa is a traditional place for swimming and fishing
Tourist attractions of the community are also architectural monuments, including temples and
roadside shrines and places of national remembrance. In Woźniki, on the Trail of Wooden
Architecture of Malopolska Voivodship, is a wooden church from the mid-sixteenth century with an
interesting interior murals, part design made of wicker and a cross with the image of Christ from
1380. In Radocza tourists can see the wooden church from 1535 with a picture of Our Lady
Radocka, while in Tomice - brick chapel from the years 1877-188.
In 1973, in the place of clusters: Radocza, Witanowice and Woźniki Tomice Municipality was
formed.

Brzeźnica
Municipality Brzeźnica is a rural commune, located south of the river Vistula
River, just 35 km from Oświęcim, 28 km from Krakow and 25 km from
Wadowice. In the years 1975-1998 the village was located in the province of
Bielsko. The seat of the municipality is Brzeźnica There are 14 villages in the
municipality: Brzeźnica, Bęczyn, Brzezinka, Chrząstowice, Kopytówka,
Kossowa, Łączany, Marcyporęba, Nowe Dwory, Paszkówka, Sosnowice, Tłuczań, Wyźrał.
Village without its parish status is Bachorowice.
History:
Founded by The Radwanits in the thirteenth century with some references in 1389. Early in the
fourteenth century the village was divided into: Brzeźnica Malowana, Brzeźnica Radwańska. In
1440, the village belonged to Pakosz h.Radwan, in 1502, to Michael Palczowskiego h.Szaszor, in
1529, to James Palczowskiego. In the eighteenth century, it belonged to Nicholas Brzeźnica
Radecki from Czartoryski family, and in the nineteenth century to Brandys family.
Monuments:
Manor from the late eighteenth century,. It was extended in the eighteenth century, located in the
landscaped gardens of the second half of the nineteenth century.
