INVITATION
ABSTRACT AND FULL PAPER SUBMISSION
The Organizing Committee cordially invites
you to participate in the XXVII CIRP Sponsored
Conference on Supervising and Diagnostics
of Machining Systems, which will be held from the
13th to 17th of March 2016 in Karpacz, Poland. We
are
convinced that your or your co-workers’
contribution to the Conference will be of great
interest and we believe it will be of considerable
value to you.
We kindly invite you to take part in the
Conference
and,
subsequently,
to
send
a participation application form and a 200 word
abstract of the paper for review and selection
before 14th December 2015. The Secretariat
of the Conference will send notification
of acceptance to the Author by e-mail or fax within 5
days after receiving the abstract. The instruction for
the full paper submission procedure you will get
together with the acceptation e-mail.
The Author must send the full paper (max. 12
pages inclusive abstract and key words in Word for
Windows format) and the registration card before
the deadline – 18th January 2016 by e-mail. We
will send notification of final acceptance just after
receiving two positive reviews of each paper.
All papers accepted for presentation and
publishing must be original and not published
elsewhere.
The papers will be reviewed by the
Conference Reviewing Committee and will be
published in the JOURNAL OF MACHINE
ENGINEERING and on-line. There is no possibility
to publish the papers before fee payment.

general topic of the Conference – diagnostics and
supervision of machining systems.
CONFERENCE LANGUAGE
The conference language is English.
REGISTRATION FEE
The participation fee for one person is 400
Euro, accompanying person 270 Euro and
includes: one issue of the “Journal of Machine
Engineering” with papers presented at the
Conference, conference banquet, coffee breaks,
and meals.

VENUE
The Conference will take place in Karpacz
at the recreation and conference facility, 120km
to the south of Wroclaw. Great weather and
terrain conditions (snow layer in Karpacz lingers
for 95 days in a year) are the reasons why
Karpacz is a sports centre, a climatic station and
a starting point of many tourist trails. All
information concerning transport and the place of
the conference will be send by e-mail to all
participants before the Conference.
