 Accommodation will be in double, triple and four-bed rooms. Bedding will be provided. Please
take with you towels. In the accommodation place are shared bathrooms on the corridor.
 The venue has FREE wireless internet that you can use with your own devices.
 Please bring along suitable clothes and shoes for staying in countryside, especially because
we have a plan to have some activities outside! Please remember that in Poland will be autumn.
(around 5 Celsius degrees during the night and 15-18 Celsius degrees during the day).
Quite often is rain. Everything can happen (wind, rain or sunny weather) in this season of the
year – Please be prepared! However, would be useful before the trip to take a look to the
forecast at the internet.
The venue is located 12 km from Bystrzyca Kłodzka, where is our office place, and 100 km from
Wroclaw Airport and 180 km from Praha Airport. The Kłodzko district is famous for its mountains,
water and forests that are truly representative of untouched nature.

Money and Exchange:
The national currency in Poland is Polish Zloty (PLN). One Euro sells for around 4.15 PLN. Currency
may be exchanged in the exchange offices, banks’ branches, there are cash machines you can use,
besides, almost all shops and restaurants accept Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard.
One Dollar USD sells for around 3.71 PLN.
The national currency in Czech Republic is Czech Krone (CZK). One Euro sells for around 25.02
CZK.
Please do not forget to exchange money for a ticket on the way back, especially Czech Krone
and Euro!
What to take?...
 Please take with you materials for presentation of the country (pictures, flag, music, etc .)
 Please take national sweets, snacks, drinks, games... for international evenings
 Cloths suitable for the weather (weatherproof jackets, good shoes for outdoor activities, etc.).
 Don’t forget to collect all boarding passes, tickets and invoices (we need this for the
financial report to EACEA.
