1. The regatta will be sailed from 21th of August till 23rd of August 2015 on
the Jeziorak Lake.

4. The regatta will be governed by : Rules as defined in “The Racing Rules of
Sailing “(RRS) 2013/2016 and IMCCA Class rules. If there is a conflict
between languages, the English text will take precedence.
5. The Regatta have the licence of the Polish Yachting Association
6. The regatta is open to all Micro Class boats in the three divisions “Proto”,
“Racer“, and “Cruiser “. 3 races are required to be completed to
constitute a series
7. Registration: 20th of August 2015 from 5PM to 9PM and at 21st of August
2015 from 7AM to 8AM on registration form supplied by organizer.
8. Registration will be also accept by e-mail on registration form at
[email protected]
9. Entry Fees are as follows: 200,- PLN or 50,-€
10. The sailing instruction will be available after registration. All other
messages will be posted on Notice Board of RC
11. The organizer ensure a free of charge slipway and parking for cars and
trailers in the Marina area
12. Measurements: Micro Class boats sails the regatta after written
declaration of conformity with the class rules. The Racing Committee
keeps the right to control the conformity of the class rules at any time
during the regatta.
13. Dates of racing: The scheduled time of the start signal for the first race is
12:00PM at 21st of August 2015. Skippers meeting is scheduled at
10:30AM
14. Scheduled time of warning signals for next races shall by posted on
Official Notice Board.
15. Total amount of races will not exceed 10. When 5 or more races have
been completed, a boat’s series score will be the total of her race scores
excluding her worst score.
16. In the final results boats didn’t finished any race shall be not scored.
17. Boats shall be required to display advertising supplied by organizing
authority on both sides of the boat in the area 30% from bow, and
regatta flag during the stay in harbour
18. Each participating boat shell be insured with valid third-party liability
insurance with a minimum cover of 1.500.000€ per incident or the
equivalent. Polish competitors (helmsman) needs a valid PYA licence.
19. Taking part in this race, the competitor gives the organization and the
race’s sponsors the right to use and show static or moving photos, films
or TV recording and all sorts of duplication of himself during all the
“Micro Class World Championship 2015”. He also gives right to use,
without royalties, his own image on all materials of such event.
20. Each participating boat shell carry a visible identifications signage.
21. Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. Any
activities performed or not performed by the Organizer does not relieve
the participants of the regatta from liability for any damage caused by
the participant or his yacht resulting from participation in the regatta.
22. The organizing authority will not accept any liability for materiel damage
or personal injury or death sustained in conjuration with or prior to,
during, or after the regatta.
23. Crews participating in the regatta are obliged to comply with the shipping
regulations:

Further Information:
Organizer provides a warm meal on Saturday after races completed.
All participants of the regatta organizer invites for refreshments during the
Saturday evening feast in the framework of Sailing "Farewell to Summer with
Omega".
Breakfast Saturday and Sunday (10 zł for 1 meal).
Boats should be unloaded in the Marina of Federation of Municipalities
Jeziorak - ul. Sienkiewicz 32, also there the trailers and cars should be left.
