The Management Board of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. with the seat in Cholerzyn announces that on 16 June
2015 Ms. Agnieszka Ewa Wagner, Mr. Piotr Marcin Mierzwa, and Mr. Bogusław Piotr Kalicki were appointed joint
proxies of the Company.
Ms. Ewa Agnieszka WAGNER, a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics, Faculty of Management
(years of studying: 1994-1999), holds a master degree in accounting. Ms. Wagner has been professionally
associated with INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company since 1 January 2000, where from 1 January 2003 to the
present day she has been employed on the position of the Finance Director. She holds a license that entitles her
to render bookkeeping services, awarded by the Department of Accounting of the Ministry of Finance.
Mr. Piotr Marcin MIERZWA is a graduate of the Faculty of Management and Organization, (major in
Management and Marketing) of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow (years of studying:
1993-1998), holding the title of a Master of Science, Engineer, specializing in Management and additionally a
graduate of the Faculty of Economics – College of Treasury of the Cracow University of Economics. He also
completed postgraduate studies in accountancy and finance (in the years: 2000-2001). From 1 December 2005
to the present day Mr. Mierzwa has been employed by INTERSPORT Polska Company S.A. on the position of
the Director for Development.
Mr. Bogusław Piotr KALICKI is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics, Faculty of Economics of
Production (years of studying: 1981-1987) and postgraduate studies in Accounting and Finance (years of
studying: 1998-1999). From 1987 to 1992 Mr. Kalicki was employed by the Revenue Office in Krakow, and from
1992 to 1998 by The Revenue Control Office in Krakow. From 1998 to the present day he has been the keeper
of the books of INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company.
Ms. Agnieszka Ewa Wagner, Mr. Piotr Marcin Mierzwa, and Mr. Bogusław Piotr Kalicki do not render business
services on behalf of any entities which are competitors in relation to INTERSPORT Polska S.A. Company and
are not participants in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, or a partnership, as a member of
a corporate body, and do not participate in any other competitive legal entity as a member of its body.
Additionally, neither of them was entered to the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on
the National Court Register.
The report was prepared pursuant to par. 5 section 1 point 22 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on
current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent
information required by the laws of a non-member state, dated 19.02.2009.
