Granulat SBR jest stosowany jako
warstwa bazowa z kruszywem, a także
jako warstwa wierzchnia z dodatkiem
koloru, zarówno do produkcji
płyt gumowych i mat, a także do
nawierzchni wylewanych.
W naszej fabryce posiadamy linię do barwienia granulatu SBR.
Na powierzchni naszych produktów gumowych stosujemy również
najwyższej jakości granulat EPDM z produkcji pierwotnej. Posiada on
większą odporność na promienie UV i warunki atmosferyczne, a także
szerszą paletę barw niż granulat SBR.
SBR-Granular produzieren wir in unserer Fabrik, EPDM-Granulat verwenden
wir als farbliches Zusatz. Normalerweise Hauptteil der Platte produzieren wir
aus den SBR-Granulat, dagegen Oberfläche aus EPDM-Granulat, das gegen
Sonneneinstrahlung und Wetter widerstandsfähiger als SBR ist. Dazu hat
EPDM größere Farbpalette.
High quality SBR rubber granulate we produce, is used for all kind of sport
and safe surfaces.
Both, with rubber tiles and mats as well as spray or fluid applied
polyurethane topcoat , SBR is used for base layer with aggregate and also
for a top coat while added color. Therefore, our factory has a line for SBR
granules coloring.
For the top layer of our rubber products we also use best quality, virgin
EPDM granules. It has better than SBR, UV and weather resistance and richer
color palette.

Firma Vinderen Sp. z o.o. w latach 2010-2013 wybudowała w Sławnie
fabrykę pełnego recyklingu zużytych opon gumowych. Obiekt został
zaprojektowany z myślą o poszanowaniu środowiska i w taki sam sposób
została zaplanowana działalność fabryki oraz jej funkcjonowanie.
Fabryka została wyposażona w nowoczesny i energooszczędny park
maszynowy o wysokiej wydajności. Dział Badań i Rozwoju ma do
dyspozycji na terenie fabryki świetnie wyposażone laboratorium,
prowadzące prace nad rozwojem i innowacjami w ofercie marki Rubtiler.

ermöglicht ihm, Forschungen über Entwicklung und Innovation zu führen.
In 2010-2013 Vinderen Ltd. built a rubber tyres recycling plant in Sławno. The
building is eco-friendly designed as well as its operation. The plant is equipped
with modern, energy-saving high-efficiency machinery. The Research and
Development Department has a modern laboratory at its disposal to run the
tests on innovations and new ideas of Rubtiler offer.
