gemeinsam 25MW-Windpark in Polen

Im Herzen Polens werden neun Windkraftanlagen der Firma GE mit einer Leistung von 25,3 MW nach
Inbetriebnahme voraussichtlich Ende 2015 mit einem erwarteten jährlichen Ertrag von mehr als 66 GWh
20.000 Haushalte mit erneuerbarem Strom versorgen. Dabei werden rund 22.000 Tonnen CO2 eingespart.
Realisiert wird der Windpark durch eine Kooperation der Unternehmensgruppen vortex energy und Max
Bögl, mit Hauptsitz im bayerischen Sengenthal. Adam Pantkowski, verantwortlich für das polnische
Entwicklungsgeschäft bei vortex energy: „Wir freuen uns über die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit Max
Bögl. Mit Jóźwin bauen wir unser polnisches Windgeschäft weiter aus.“ Das Fremdkapital wurde in Höhe von
112 Mio. Polnischer Zloty durch die Alior Bank gestellt. In den vergangenen zwei Jahren hat die Alior Bank in
Windparks mit insgesamt rund 270 MW investiert.
Der Windpark erstreckt sich über die beiden Standortgemeinden Kleczew (8 Anlagen des Typs GE2,85) und
Ślesin (1 Anlage des Typs GE2,5). Der Bau der Zuwegungen und Fundamente ist vollständig abgeschlossen. Die
Montagearbeiten der Turbinen haben bereits begonnen und werden voraussichtlich Ende September beendet.
Im Auftrag der gemeinsamen Betreibergesellschaft Future Energy Sp. z. o.o. wird vortex energy ein 15kV/110
kV Umspannwerk errichten und den Windpark damit an das 110 kV-Hochspannungsnetz anschließen.
Gemeinsam mit dem Netzbetreiber Energa Operator wird als Termin für die Einspeisung Ende 2015 angepeilt.
Das ehemalige Bergbaugebiet ist aufgrund günstiger Windbedingungen attraktiv, konfrontierte die
Ingenieure jedoch durch die schwierige Bodenbeschaffenheit mit besonderen Anforderungen an die
Gründungsarbeiten. Durch entsprechende bodenverbessernde Maßnahmen konnte die erforderliche
Tragfähigkeit des Baugrundes planmäßig und fristgerecht hergestellt werden.
vortex energy tritt einmal mehr als Windenergie-Allrounder auf. Das Team entwickelte das aufgekaufte
Projekt bis zur Baureife. Die Realisierung des Windparks erfolgt in Partnerschaft mit dem Bauunternehmen
Max Bögl. Nach Inbetriebnahme übernimmt vortex energy die Betriebsführung. Erstmals kommen bei diesem
Projekt die neuen Geschäftsfelder Stromhandel und Bilanzierung zum Tragen.
Dr. Till Jeske, CEO der vortex energy Gruppe, über die prognostizierte Entwicklung in Polen: „Polen verfügt
über ein erhebliches Windpotenzial und eignete sich schon früh durch günstige Fördermaßnahmen für

build a 25MW wind farm in Poland

In the heart of Poland new GE-made wind turbines with a capacity of 25.3 MW will probably be commissioned
at the end of 2015 and will then produce an anticipated annual yield of more than 66 GWh to supply 20,000
homes with electricity from renewables. This will save about 22,000 tonnes of CO2. The wind farm project is
being realised in a collaborative venture between the groups vortex energy and Max Bögl with its head office
in the Bavarian municipality of Sengenthal. Adam Pantkowski, who is responsible for the Polish development
business at vortex energy, says: “We are very pleased about the successful collaboration with Max Bögl. With
Jóźwin we are expanding our Polish wind business further.” Alior Bank acted as a sole provider of project
financing in the amount of ca. PLN 112 million. Within the last two years Alior Bank financed ca. 270 MW in
wind farms in club deals and as sole financing provider.
The wind farm covers the two local communities of Kleczew (8 turbines of the type GE2.85) and Ślesin (1
turbine of the type GE2.5). The construction work on the access roads and foundations has been completed.
The work on assembling the turbines has already begun and will probably be finished at the end of
September. Under contract to the joint operating company Future Energy Sp. z. o.o., vortex energy will erect a
15kV/110 kV substation and therefore connect the wind farm to the 110 kV high-voltage grid. Together with
the grid operator Energa Operator the target date for the infeed is the end of 2015.
This former mining area is attractive on account of the wind conditions there, but because of the difficult
soil conditions the engineers were faced with special requirements regarding the foundations. Thanks to
appropriate soil improvement measures it has been possible to create the necessary load-bearing capacity of
the subsoil as planned and on schedule.
vortex energy is once again showing itself to be a wind energy all-rounder. The team developed this acquired
up to construction readiness. The wind farm has been created in partnership with the construction company
Max Bögl. After commissioning, vortex energy will be responsible for the operational management. For the
first time the new electricity trading and balancing divisions will play a role in this project.
Dr. Till Jeske, the vortex energy Group’s CEO, said of the development forecast for Poland: “Poland has a
considerable wind potential and proved at an early stage to be suitable for investments in wind energy
thanks to favourable funding arrangements. Since 2006 we have been working actively at the front and have
observed an enormous growth in this country’s wind energy capacity. Since this time it has experienced a
more than twentyfold increase. We anticipate that the supply of power from renewables will increase to more
than 10 gigawatt over the next five years.”

Polsce park wiatrowy o mocy 25MW

Park wiatrowy Jóźwin, składający się z dziewięciu elektrowni wiatrowych firmy GE o łącznej mocy 25,3 MW,
zlokalizowany jest w samym sercu Polski, a wytworzona w nim energia odnawialna pozwoli na zasilenie
blisko 20.000 gospodarstw domowych. Uruchomienie turbin wiatrowych planowane jest na koniec 2015
r., natomiast przewidywana roczna produkcja energii wytworzonej z siły wiatru wynieść ma 66 GWh, co
pozwoli na uniknięcie emisji do atmosfery 22.000 ton CO2 w porównaniu do energii wytworzonej ze źródeł
konwencjonalnych. Realizacja parku wiatrowego odbędzie się w ramach kooperacji grup przedsiębiorstw
vortex energy oraz Max Bögl International SE, którego główna siedziba mieści się w bawarskim mieście
Sengenthal. Adam Pantkowski, odpowiedzialny za polski rynek projektów rozwijanych przez vortex energy,
tak opisuje kooperację z Max Bögl: „Cieszymy się z owocnej współpracy. Park wiatrowy w Jóźwinie jest
kolejnym, istotnym krokiem w rozwoju naszej firmy w branży wiatrowej.” Finansowanie inwestycji w kwocie

Park wiatrowy Jóźwin rozciąga się na terenie dwóch gmin – Kleczew, gdzie wybudowanych zostanie 8
elektrowni typu GE2,85 oraz gminę Ślesin, gdzie zlokalizowana jest 1 elektrownia typu GE2,5. Pierwszy etap
budowy obejmujący wybudowanie dróg dojazdowych oraz fundamentów został już ukończony. Obecnie
trwają prace montażowe turbin, których zakończenie planowane jest na koniec września tego roku.. vortex
energy wykona również stację transformatorową 15kV/110 kV, za pośrednictwem której park wiatrowy
zostanie przyłączony do sieci wysokiego napięcia 110 kV. Ustalony wspólnie z operatorem sieci Energa
Operator termin dostarczenia energii do sieci przypada na koniec 2015 r. Teren po byłej kopalni jest z jednej
strony szczególnie atrakcyjny ze względu na potencjał wietrzności, z drugiej zaś panujące tam trudne warunki
glebowe stanowiły nie lada wyzwanie dla inżynierów. Dzięki odpowiedniemu wzmocnieniu dna wykopu
udało się jednak terminowo zapewnić odpowiednią stabilność fundamentów.
vortex energy w dalszym ciągu poszerza swoje kompetencje w zakresie energii wiatrowej. Po zakupieniu
projektu zespół vortex energy doprowadził go do etapu gotowości do budowy, a następnie jako generalny
wykonawca objął kompleksową realizację budowy łącznie z wykonaniem infrastruktury elektrycznej.
Po uruchomieniu turbin vortex energy będzie sprawował również techniczne oraz handlowe zarządzanie
parkiem. Projekt w Jóźwinie jest ponadto pierwszym parkiem wiatrowym, przy którym vortex energy
