RULES OF SPEED MEET
IN PANORAMA CLUB
1. The event is organized by Panorama Club.
2. To participate in the Speed Meet - fast meetings - organized by the Panorama Club you must
fill out the form available at the event on facebook and on the day of the event pay a one-time
fee of 5 PLN for the reservation seats. Your payment will not be refunded.
3. The organizer one day before the start of the event confirm your participation in the meeting
by mail or telephone.
4. Persons wishing to participate in the Speed Meet are required to give name, current phone
number and e-mail address. The organizer needs these data to the proper conduct of the
meeting. These data are confidential and will not be disseminated.
5. During the game Speed Meet participants express at the received forms willingness to
continue contact with the selected candidates. Indicated on the form contact details are
provided by the organizer ONLY to people who each gave their consent.
6. During the meeting is prohibited to use cell phones and other electronic devices.
7. Throughout the meeting of Speed Meet is prohibited to drink beverages purchased outside the
Panorama Club.
8. Throughout the meeting of Speed Meet commits participants to maintain full personal culture
and do not use vulgarism.
9. Speed Meet is a social, not erotic.
10. The meetings of Speed Meet organized by the Panorama Club can participate only persons of
age over 18.
11. At the event organizators admit sober people and not under the influence of drugs. Of course,
during Speed Meet you can drink alcohol.
12. Participant should immediately inform the organizer about his absence, but not later than 72
hours before the scheduled date of the meeting, otherwise the organizer reserves the right to
refuse to participate in future meetings.
13. The organizer also reserves the right to cancel a meeting after informing the participants.
14. Organizer is not responsible for a smaller number of people that will eventually reach the
meeting rather than resulting from the plan of the meeting, specified in the offer and calendar.
15. Those who do not adhere to the above rules may be not allowed to play Speed Meet or must
leave the meeting without reimbursement. Organizer has the right to refuse to participate in
future events.
16. Due to the nature of organized events, the organizer reserves the right to refuse the
participation of a person registred, without giving a reason.
17. Taking part in the event, the participant agrees to the free use of the image and the materials
prepared with his participation for the purpose of promoting the event on all media and in all
media.
18. The organizer reserves the right to change the rules.

REGULAMIN SPEED MEET
W KLUBIE PANORAMA
1. Organizatorem wydarzenia jest Klub Panorama
2. Aby wziąć udział w spotkaniu Speed Meet– szybkich spotkaniach – organizowanym przez Klub
Panorama należy wcześniej zgłosić chęć udziału w wybranym spotkaniu poprzez wypełnienie
formularza udostępnionego na wydarzeniu na facebook’u, a w dniu wydarzenia uiścić
jednorazową opłatę w wysokości 5zł za rezerwację miejsca. Dokonana wpłata nie będzie
podlegać zwrotowi.
3. Organizator maksymalnie na dzień przed rozpoczęciem imprezy zobowiązuje się potwierdzić
zgłoszonym osobom ich udział w spotkaniu drogą mailową lub telefoniczną.
4. Osoby chcące uczestniczyć w spotkaniu Speed Meet zobowiązane są do podania swojego
imienia i nazwiska, aktualnego numeru telefonu oraz adresu e-mail. Organizator potrzebuje
wyżej wymienionych danych do prawidłowego przebiegu spotkania. Dane te są poufne i nie są
rozpowszechniane.
5. W trakcie zabawy Speed Meet uczestnicy wyrażają w otrzymanych wcześniej formularzach
chęć dalszego kontaktu z wybranymi osobami. Wskazane w formularzu dane kontaktowe
zostają przekazane przez organizatora TYLKO osobom, które wzajemnie wyraziły na to zgodę.
6. W trakcie spotkania Speed Meet zabrania się używania telefonów komórkowych i innych
urządzeń elektronicznych.
7. W trakcie całego spotkania Speed Meet zabrania się spożywania napojów zakupionych poza
lokalem.
8. W trakcie całego spotkania Speed Meet zobowiązuje się uczestników do zachowania pełnej
kultury osobistej i nie używania wulgaryzmów.
9. Speed Meet ma charakter towarzyski, nie erotyczny.
10. W spotkaniach Speed Meet organizowanych przez Klub Panorama mogą brać udział jedynie
pełnoletnie osoby.
11. Na imprezy wpuszczane są osoby trzeźwe oraz nie będące pod wpływem narkotyków.
Oczywiście w trakcie Speed Meet można spożywać alkohol.
12. W przypadku rezygnacji z udziału w wybranej imprezie należy niezwłocznie powiadomić o tym
organizatora, jednak nie później niż 72h przed wyznaczonym terminem spotkania, w innym
wypadku organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do odmówienia możliwości udziału w przyszłych
spotkaniach.
13. Organizator zastrzega sobie również prawo do odwołania wyznaczonego spotkania po
wcześniejszym poinformowaniu o tym uczestników.
14. Organizator nie odpowiada za mniejszą ilość osób, które ostatecznie dotrą na spotkanie, niż
wynikająca z planu spotkania podanego w ofercie i kalendarzu.
15. Osoby, które nie zastosują się do ww. zasad mogą zostać niedopuszczone do zabawy Speed
Meet lub wyproszone z niej bez zwrotu poniesionych kosztów. Osobom tym organizator ma
prawo odmówić udziału w kolejnych imprezach.
16. Ze względu na specyfikę organizowanych wydarzeń, organizator zastrzega sobie prawo
odmowy udziału zgłoszonej osobie, bez podania przyczyny.
17. Biorąc udział w wydarzeniu uczestnik wyraża zgodę na nieodpłatne wykorzystanie wizerunku
oraz materiałów sporządzonych z jego udziałem na potrzeby promocji wydarzenia na
wszystkich nośnikach i we wszystkich mediach.
18. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany regulaminu
19. Warunkiem uczestnictwa w Speed Meet jest zapoznanie się z ww. zasadami.
