MARKETPLACE 2016 APPLICATION
If you have a project in development and/or a completed film/documentary and would like to participate in the
Marketplace at the Galway Film Fair please complete the enclosed application form and return it with a 100
word typed synopsis of your project. The deadlines for applications are as follows:
EARLY BIRD APPLICATION DEADLINE: FRIDAY 6TH MAY 2016 – FEE €175
REGULAR APPLICATION DEADLINE: FRIDAY 27TH MAY 2016 – FEE €225
Regulations
Applications will not be accepted after the Regular Application deadline.
Applications will not be processed without the registration fee.

This application fee covers one person only. Only registered applicants will be allowed to attend
meetings.
•
The maximum number of delegates permitted to apply per application is two. Early bird application is
€175, late application fee is €225 per person.
Submit completed application forms to [email protected] and hardcopy by post with payment, if
applicable.

Application Form Instructions

Please note personal biographies and credits should not exceed one page.

You may submit up to three projects for selection. Priority will be given to projects which have a
percentage of development and/or production finance in place.
Provide all necessary details, including a synopsis of each project, which must be no longer than the 100

words maximum. This synopsis, along with your company details will be included in a publication, entitled
the ‘Industry Handbook’, which will be available for all decision makers at the Marketplace.
Please note that treatments will not be included in the ‘Industry Handbook’ and should not be included at

this stage. Treatments can be handed over at the individual meetings.
