We would like to invite all the scientists, scholars and experts around the world to attend the conference to be hosted in the wonderful area of Poland. Particularly, the topics of the conference are focused on the following matters: l Molecular networks l Network issues related to nano and quantum technology l New technologies related to the Computer Networks l Fundamentals of computer networks architecture and programming l Internet networks l Data security in distributed systems l Industrial computer networks l Applications of computer networks Additionally, the one-day seminar of the Future Internet Engineering project will be hosted in parallel with the CN'11 (www.iip.net.pl). The papers should properly place the work within the field, cite related work and clearly indicate the innovative aspects of the work and the contribution to the field. Papers must be submitted to review via the conference web site in PDF form. Further information is available at the conference web site. We kindly ask persons interested in participation for registration via Conference's web page. Former users can still use their accounts. ORGANIZATION INFO All accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings by Springer-Verlag in series CCIS as well as in Studia Informatica according to paper language. The papers are double reviewed by members of the Program Committee. The basic condition of acceptance is to obtain two positive reviews. The titles of accepted papers and detailed dates of the presentations will appear in further announcements as well as on Conference's web pages. A beamer with a PC computer (notebook, MS Windows, Adobe Reader, Open Office 2.4, MS Office 2007), a slide projector and a flipboard will be at speakers' disposal. The time provided to speech is about 15-30 minutes according to general estimation of given paper by reviewers.
