Stages of the anti-plagiarism analysis of dissertations
1. The information regarding the dissertation is entered into mojaPG system by a member of
the dean’s office staff, after a student fills in and signs the degree candidate sheet.

candidate sheets, such as BSc/MSc Thesis) – fig.1.

3. It is possible to upload the whole content of the thesis to be analyzed by the antiplagiarism system by using the saved degree candidate sheet included on the sheet list
described in 2 above.
4. The student selects item Details within the frame describing the saved degree candidate
sheet.
5. After selecting Details item, the page containing detailed information regarding the
specific degree candidate sheet will be displayed. The student has to indicate which thesis

is to undergo the anti-plagiarism analysis by clicking
button
in Weryfikacja antyplagiatowa (anti-plagiarism verification) section (fig.2) which is
located at the very end of the degree candidate sheet.

6. In the next stage, the student fills in the details regarding the file by clicking
(Select the file) button and confirms his choice by clicking
button (fig.3).

7. Uploading the document in Anti-plagiarism verification will automatically initiate the
analysis of the uploaded thesis by the anti-plagiarism analysis system
8. Figures 4 and 5 present the view of the details of the specified degree candidate sheet
before (fig. 4) and after (fig. 5) uploading the file.

9. After completing the anti-plagiarism verification the information regarding the available
report shall be displayed in Weryfikacja antyplagiatowa (anti-plagiarism verification)
section, on the page containing the detailed information on the degree candidate. An
example view of this section after the analysis of the thesis file has been completed is
presented in figure 6.

Having completed the anti-plagiarism analysis of the content of the thesis, the system
sends an e-mail message to the student containing the information regarding the
completed analysis.
Note! All the theses uploaded to mojaPG system are visible for the person responsible
for grading the individual character of a thesis.
