The position we offer
◾Processing HR data in daily work
◾Taking part in life-cycle process for Nordic employees as an
administrator of core HR processes (hard HR)
◾Implementing and improving new HR procedures
◾Daily cooperation with stakeholders, vendors and
employees seated in the Nordic countries

◾Graduates or students of 4th or 5th years with willingness to work
full-time
◾Experience in HR is not required
◾Interest and willingness to grow in an international environment - HR
Core area (hard HR processes)
◾Analytical mind
◾Improvement/simplification mindset and experience in process
designing and simplifying will be an asset
◾English on communicative level (at least B2)
◾Computer literacy and good knowledge of MS Office tools
