tradycje w zakresie przyrządzania posiłków, wykorzystywania ziół i innych roślin w kuchni i aptece. Znalazły się
wśród nich nie tylko ryby z pobliskiej Drwęcy ale również
„wymyślne” sposoby na wykorzystanie kartofli, mąki pochodzącej z naddrwęckich pól czy grzybów z leśnej kniei. O
tym świadczy historia tych terenów!

Bogactwem tych terenów są podtrzymywane do dziś tradycje kulinarne licznych
Kół Gospodyń Wiejskich, propagowanie kultury i sportu przez zakorzenione tu Ochotnicze
Straże Pożarne. Lokalne inicjatyw w postaci
wokalnych zespołów ludowych czy dość powszechne orkiestry strażackie mające długoletnie tradycje.

An impressive number of old manors, country cottages and historic churches scattered all over The Drwęca
Valley survived the political and historical turbulence of the
past ages. The land, famous for a rich and colourful history,
was inhabited by people who led an interesting existence.
Many tales, legends and anecdotes recall either the historical events or the ancient ideas and beliefs. The most popular
include stories about the last charge of the Polish cavalry,
Bishop John, Knight Nicholas, Master Henry and King Ladis-

Local cuisine is largely based on old traditions and

recipes and considerable use of herbs and spices. Nowadays
fish, potatoes, flour from local fields and mushrooms from
local woods are the basic ingredients of numerous dishes.
Today The Drwęca Valley is associated not only
with delicious cooking but also with traditional crafts and
folk art. Local people have skillfully developed embroidery,
lace weaving, sculpture, painting, paper flower making
and straw toys making.
The culinary traditions
are cultivated by the Countrywomen Societies whereas sport
is propagated by local fire brigades. Folk bands as well as fire
brigade brass bands have also
been playing a substantial role
in shaping the cultural life of
the region.

Le territoire de Dolina Drwęcy ne foisonne pas seulement au restes après les siècles passés, (objets champêtre
ou sacrales qui sont multiples). On sait bien aussi que ces
terrains possèdent une histoire très riche et que
les gens, qui vivaient là-bas autrefois, ils
menait la vie assez intéressant. Les
légendes de la dernière charge des
hussards polonais, les légendes de
l’évêque Jan, d’un chevel Nicolas, du
maître Henri et du roi Władysław, les
légendes des pot nommés „Szwedki” du
lac ostrowickie ou des nains qui vivent
au bord de la fleuve Drwęca.
Ce sont des légendes, des fables et
anecdotes choisis, ce sont même des événements historiques qui ont été écrite sur les
feuilles des sources authentiques qui sont au

campagne ou des champignons d’un forêt. L’histoire de ces
terrains temoigne de ces faits.
Aujourd’hui, le terrain de dolina Drwęca c’est une
cuisine aussi riche, c’est une volonté de connaître son pro-
pre patrimoine mais c’est aussi la passion des gens qui s’occupent de métier, de l’art. Il faut dire que les habitants des
ces terrains ils s’occupent de la broderie, de la dentellerie, de
la sculpture, de la peinture, de l’art liée à la préparation des
fleurs en utilisant le papier buvardou les jouets qui sont fait
en utilisant la paille.
Les traditions culinaires de l’Association des Fermières (Koło Gospodyń Wiejskich) qui sont maintenu jusqu’à aujourd’hui c’est une richesse de ces terrains, en
plus la propagation de la
culture et du sport grâce
aux sapeur-pompiers
est digne de notre
