Opis stanowiska wraz z zakresem obowiązków
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and training to junior planning engineers and planners.
Support Project manager in developing planning strategy for project.
Support Head of Project Management in development of planning and progress monitoring systems.
Develop, maintain and issue Integrated Project Plans at all levels, covering any of concept design, FEED,
detail design, procurement including supplier performance, fabrication including supplier performance,
manufacturing with support from planners, SIT, load-out, offshore installation, pre-commissioning and
commissioning, hand-over.
Review client and contractor plans and incorporate relevant data to Integrated Plan;
Suport Project manager in development of WBS.
Maintain integrity in Work Breakdown Structures (WBS);
Interface planning data with CTR system data on two way basis;
Gather, process, monitor and control weekly progress data.;
Provide level 5 CTR plans for engineering feedback;
Review and analyse productivity measurement;
Provide internal and external planning visibility;
Produce weekly and monthly outputs;
Develop Network level plans;
Maintain and monitor CTR data integrity;
Ensure consistency of approach through project cycles;
Produce manpower & manhour histograms;
Effective liaison with internal and external contacts;
Provide assistance and support for tender input as required;
Contribute to supporting project KPIs;
Provide a proactive planning service to support all phases of work;
Provide guidance and assistance for on planning issues and systems;
Contribute to development of planning issues;
Contribute to HSE and safety related environment
Wymagania stawiane kandydatom
Requirements:
Educated to ONC / HNC level or equivalent in an engineering discipline
Working knowledge of Primavera P3
Working knowledge of SAP
Current offshore survival & medial certificate
Ability to gather information to develop plans through personal and individual communication.
Direct planning experience of all project phases from conceptual to operation

Candidate must be fully conversant and familiar with P3 with ability to use the system in a multi project
integrated planning environment providing both detailed level 5 and rolled up integrated output.
Has had significant involvement in a similar role with at least 3 Subsea execution projects.
Initiative to develop and maintain processes and mechanisms to ensure outputs can be delivered with
accuracy and integrity in required time scales.
Experience of developing and maintaining fully integrated planning systems utilising Primavera P3.
Experience of direct contact with vendors & fabricators.
Direct experience of working with Subsea company.
Knowledge of the subsea design procurement, fabrication and system integration testing.
Adobe Acrobat writer for generation of composite document outputs.
Interfacing with procurement systems and linking to planning.
Experience required: 5+ years
Advanced English
