On June 13-16, for the 60th time in Poland, the International Jumping Competition CSIO *** will take place. Apart from prestigious horse jumping competitions, the
audience will find many additional attractions. The youngest guests will be able to learn
many new skills and experience unforgettable moments! Among the attractions, the
wild adventure called Kashubian Alaska is going to be very interesting. The Credu
Foundation will restore the idea of an automobile flower parade (corso), which has a
long tradition in Sopot. Moreover, there’ll be an opportunity to meet artists offering art
workshops – graphics, painting, and sewing. Fancy headgear, hats and toques are very
characteristic for equestrian competitions – these beautiful decorations will be
presented at a Saturday fashion show. For all those who will find the sports events in the
course insufficient, there’ll be also greyhounds races.
Kashubian Alaska
The Hippodrome will be visited by "Kashubian Alaska" – a mini-town with Alaskan canvas tents and
stands with attractions and tasks for children and adults. Among them, horseshoe pitching
competitions and a demonstration of gold panning. The adventurers will be able to deal with tasks
such as fishing, going through the spider's web, catching lizards and archery. For young children:
Alaskan face painting. After passing Alaskan obstacle course each child will receive an "Alaskan
Certificate."

Automobile Flower Corso
In the festival area, an automobile flower display will be placed at CSIO, organized by the CREDU
Foundation. First of all, there’ll be a presentation of creating flower car decorations and decorating
summer hats with floral compositions. In addition, there will be educational workshops for children
run by the Art Studio “Sztuka Odnowa”. In the area prepared by Automoblie Flower Corso, meetings
with artists of Sopot will be held. Another attraction will be provided by a photographic studio offering
stylized portraits in the flowered automobile.

10.00am-6.00pm: Presentation of decorating antique automobiles with flowers by the florists from the
Tricity.
12.00-3.00pm: Meeting with the authors of “Wchodzić bez pukania”, Tomasz Dobrowolski
(photograph, graphic artist) and Wojciech Fułk (writer, the President of Sopot City Council)
12.00-4.00pm: Workshops on making cotillions, flo decorations and fabric hat decorations for
children and adults (Art Studio “Sztuka Odnowa”, Sopot)
2.00pm-4.00pm: Flower hat decorations (Hanna Targońska from the HannaH Flower Shop)

Addotional attractions:
Maria Jachowicz and Anna Dobrowolska, artists from the Art Studio “Sztuka Odnowa” in Sopot, will
present a painting of the corso. Each of the participants will be able to become a figure in the
surrealistic painting, an artistic interpretation of the Automobile Flower Corso. In the tent of the
foundation we’ll make an exhibition of the works of children from the Art Studio.

Craftoholic
Attraction prepared by Craftoholic is a unique opportunity to make your own mascot. Both young and
a bit older participants will enjoy sewing with colourful materials, ribbons and buttons.

Qlka Art
Małgorzata Rybicka, the graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, will hold workshops on
graphics and painting. The workshops are dedicated to children and teenagers. They’ll be able to learn
about monotype techniques and improve artistic skills.

Misstery
The Misstery Studio in Gdańsk creates handmade hair accessories: toques, fascinators, headdresses,
bands, veils. Misstery projects represent elegance combined with eccentricity: the headgear for women
of a unique character. During the Saturday and Sunday presentation of the fascinators and toques,
Beata Kołodziejska (the designer and owner of the brand) will give advice on the headwear styling.

fashion enthusiasts who for some years have been trying to set a fashion for head decorations among
Polish women. They are, for example: Małgorzata Wybrańska, Iza Sutarzewicz, Ewa Okularczyk,
Barbara Miedzińska-Cienki. There’s no better place than the Hippodrome for such a show. Beautiful
women in smart, fancy headgear against a background of admirable, charming animals, which horses
undoubtedly are. After the show, there’ll be a possibility to try selected models on and purchase them.
Saturday, (15.06) – between competitions
Greyhound Races
The greyhound race show is organized by the Polish Kennel Club in Gdynia. Representatives of
different greyhound breeds will take part in the race. Greyhounds are the fastest dogs reaching up to
72 kph. The show will be full of emotions, speed, direct competition between dogs, as well as adrenalin
felt while watching the beautiful creatures running at top speed.

Festival Area
There will be many attractions for the youngest horse riding enthusiasts: inflatables, making felt
mascots, decorating hats and toques with flowers, pony rides and many, many more.
