– Hydrotherapy: is a part of medicine, that involves the use of water, and take advantage of
the physical properties of water, such as temperature and pressure.
– Hydro massage (tangentor): is a type of massage based on the therapeutic use of water. The
essence of hydro massage is applying massage
techniques to the human body through the water. It helps to relax muscles, increase blood circulation, and relieve muscular pain and tension.
– Balneotherapy: is a type of treatment based
on the chemical (minerals) and physical (temperature, pressure, resistance) properties of water. It
helps to relax muscles and joints, reduce pain.
– Mud treatments – Parafango: is a kind of mud
treatment. Mud is heated to 38-40 ˚C and mixed
with paraffin, and then this mixture is put on the
painful part of the body. The treatment is suitable for amending circulation, ventilation of tissues, and reducing pain.
– Hydrotherapie: Wasserheilkunde, solches medizinisches Verfahren, wobei die physische Eigenschaften des Wassers verwendet wird. z.B.:
Temperatur, Strömung.
– Wasserstrahlmassage unter dem Wasser (tagentor): die Wasserstrahlmassage unter dem Wasser
unternimmt eine Person mit der Einhaltung der
fachlichen Voraussetzungen, die über eine hydrobalneotherapische Qualifikation verfügt (Heilmasseur). Mit dieser Behandlung werden die Auswirkungen des Warmbades und der Massage genutzt
um die Schmerzen der Muskeln zu lindern.
– Balneotherapie: auf den chemischen, physischen,
mechanischen Auswirkungen des Wassers beruhenden Behandlungen, die bei der Lockerung der Muskeln und bei der Linderung der Schmerzen helfen.
– Packungen – Parafango: für 38-40 ˚C erhitzte mit
Paraffin gemischter Schlamm, in der Form von heißer Packung, entsprechend den Vorschriften des
Arztes setzt der Behandler auf den schmerzhaften Körperteil hinauf. Die Packung verbessert den
Kreislauf, die Sauerstoffzufuhr des Schwellkörpers
und lindert die Schmerzen. Medikamentöse Packungen: pl.: Ritex, Schwefel, Fluor.

fizyczne ( temperatura, ciśnienie, działanie unoszenia) oraz mechaniczne działanie wody. Rozluźniają mięśnie, łagodzą ból.
– Okłady – Parafango: Składa się z podgrzanej
do 38-40 °C masy parafinowej i błota. Masa nakładana jest w/g przepisu lekarskiego na bolesną część ciała.
Okład poprawia krążenie krwi, zaopatrzenie tkanek w tlen, łagodzi ból. Okłady lecznicze np. Ritex, Siarka, Fluor.
