Request for quotation No. ZO11/MEGA/2015
Concerns the Project “MEGA competent Computer Science Graduate of the Lublin University of Technology
directed to the needs of employers” (No. UDA-POKL.04.01.01-00-193/14), co-financed from the European
Social Fund, Human Capital Operational Programme, Measure: 4.1. Strengthening and development of
educational potential of the university and increasing the number of graduates from faculties of key
importance to the knowledge-based economy. Submeasure: 4.1.1. Strengthening the educational potential of
the university.
Subject of the offer:
conducting original workshops raising analytical and substantive competences of a group of students and
providing students with the necessary materials for the workshops in the form of slides under the project "
MEGA competent Computer Science Graduate of the Lublin University of Technology directed to the needs of
employers ".
In accordance with item 20 of the budget of the abovementioned application for funding.
Detailed description of the offer:
The scope of tasks for the Contractors conducting classes must include the following:
 conducting 5-day (30 hours = 5 days *6 hours) workshops raising professional competences for a
group of students; total hours 30.
 preparation of at least 100 slides with material for students.
Time limit of the contract
Term of the classes: from 1 May 2015 to 30 June 2015 according to the schedule prepared by the Organizer for
the implementation of the Project. The Contractor will be informed of any changes to the schedule at least
three days in advance.
Detailed minimum requirements concerning the Contractors:





Education: university degree in computer science or related.
Professional experience: at least five years of experience in teaching of computer science or in a
related field and at least three years of work experience in the ICT sector.
Acceptance of the undertaking to conduct classes in terms complying with the schedule prepared by
the Organizer for the implementation of the project.
Employment outside Polish territory for a period of at least 5 years.
Good knowledge of English.

The schedule of workshop: 8.06.2015-12.06.2015.
The selection criteria shall be as follows:
1. Price offer - 100%. The offer should include the total gross cost.
Deadline for the submission of offers: Offers should be submitted by 15 April 2015, 9:00 a.m.
