Celem przedmiotu jest przybliżenie słuchaczom obecnej w
prawie międzynarodowym i w prawie unii europejskiej
zasady zrównoważonego rozwoju. Założeniem przedmiotu
jest wskazanie sposobu realizacji koncepcji w ramach
polityki ochrony środowiska oraz w prawie materialnym
Unii Europejskiej w tej dziedzinie. W głównej mierze
dokonanie zostania analiza prawa materialnego w zakresie
norm adresowanych do przemysłu.
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the
principle of sustainable developement the idea which is
present in international law and EU law. The aim of the
course is to identify how the principle is implemented in
the framework of environmental policy and the substantive
law of the European Union especially in the norms
adressed to the industry

Lecture will introduce to the problem of European
Environmental Law in the light of Sustainable
Development Principle.During classes student will be
familiarized with the theoretical aspects of the European
Environmental Law as well as to the practical realization
of the particular regulations, especially those addressed to
the enterprises.
Student is able to use the obtained knowledge in order to
make the interpretation of the jurisdiction of the
European Court of Justice Student is able to use the
knowledge during the discussion concerning the
effectiveness of the EU environmental law.
Awareness of the problems of the Environmental protection
Necessity of the effective liability for the environmental
damages.
