3. Application Process
1. The e-mail nomination from home University coordinator is required. Then, on the base of
the received link the home coordinator is obliged to register student in online Registration
System.
2. As the next step the link to Students Registration System is sent directly to student.
3. When student is registered he/she receive e-mail with instruction about application
procedure.
4. Students have to send required application documents until the end of June, by
registered post.
4. Courses in English
The offer of English courses for Erasmus Students is available on faculty’s websites
http://www.ug.edu.pl/en/?id_cat=50&lang=en
If the address to faculty website is not indicated there, the e-mail contact with faculty
coordinator is required.

9. Accommodation

In the end of June (if application documents will be completed) students will receive web
site address and unique code to apply for the place in one of university’s dormitory.
Registration on website will be available from 8th of July to 19th of July 2013.
Information about assigned places will be given out about one month before the date of
arrival.
summer semester
The places will be allocated on “first come , first served” basis.
In December, all summer semester Erasmus students will get the instruction when
and how to apply for the place in dormitory.
Please notice that not every Erasmus student could be provided with dormitory place.
10. Health insurance
Erasmus Students are required to have the European Health Insurance Card issued at your
home country (valid for the whole period of their staying at UG).
Non-EU students are required to have commercial health insurance (valid for the whole period
of their staying at UG) which covers medical costs and consequences of any accidents.
Health Insurance Card will be verified after arrival.
If students do not have valid HIC they will be denied studying under Erasmus exchange at the
University of Gdansk.
