This percussive pneumatic drill is intended for drilling in hard and
medium rock. The drill may be deployed in underground pits of mining
operations, including those exposed to the hazard of methane and/or coal dust
explosion.
Its structure facilitates mounting on the pneumatic support
FT160A or P62 and operation in horizontal position.
The drill operates at the pressure of 3 – 6.3 bar.
A flush drilling system allows to remove borings.
The drill YT24/7655D integrates cutting-edge technologies, thereby ensuring superior serviceability,
whereas a limited number of spare parts reduces the costs of exploitation.
The drill structure has been developed with a view to ensure the safety of the operator and the support
is controlled from the drill bar.
This gives the operator greater control over the device as there is no need to take the hands off the drill
during operation. The innovative solution used translates to fewer hoses and, consequently, fewer valves
and connections.
The drill does not require and loose parts to be fitted onto the structure, a so-called base or foundation. The
support is mounted directly onto the drill, and specifically on the horizontal bar that serves as the
encasement of the drill, yielding a firmer and more stable structure.

DRILL YT29A
This percussive pneumatic drill is intended for
drilling in hard and medium rock. The drill may be
deployed in underground pits of mining operations,
including those exposed to the hazard of methane and/or
coal dust explosion.

GMP-KP RANGE
Pneumatic anchor drill rigs GMP-KP serve to drill anchor
bolt holes with the diameter of Ø27 – Ø44. Drilling may be
performed at a deviation from verticality equal to 35 .
Anchor drill rig is a portable device for drilling, mixing,
anchor and cable mounting, etc. It is suitable for a host of various
anchoring works in rock-cast tunnels, coal mine galleries and rockcoal galleries within the hardness range of 80 - 120 MPa (f 8-12).
These devices are adjusted to works related to tunnel
boring, mining, also in underground mining operation pits graded
„a”, „b” or „c” in terms of coal dust explosion hazard.

PNEUMATIC – PERCUSSIVE
ANCCHOR DRILL RIG YSP 45
The device is intended for operation at coal mines, quarries,
for tunnel boring and other works associated with blasting boring
and ceiling anchoring.
The drilling angle ranges from 60° to 90°. The machine is
intended for drilling in hard and medium rock by means of devices
with the diameter of Ø 34 mm – Ø 42 mm and drilling depth of up to
6 m.
Pneumatic anchor drill rig YSP 45 may be deployed in
underground pits of mining operations, including those exposed to
the hazard of methane an/or coal dust explosion.
The anchor drill rig may be further equipped with a lubricator
type FY500 mounted in the air supply line.
The anchor drill rig is also compatible with lubricators Atlas
Copco of the range CLG. YSP 45 may be fitted with a flush drilling
system and air blowing.

hammers for boring blasting holes in rock-mass of various types and hardness not only in

The hand-held electric drill ER-6 is intended for
drilling in coal and rock with comparable hardness
by means of spiral drilling bits topped with a
hook with the diameter of the blade equal
to 43 mm. The drill has a fire-proof
structure and may be deployed in
underground
mining operations and other objects endangered with the explosion of methane in zones graded
"a", "b" and "c" as well as A and B grade of coal dust hazard explosion. The drill is
manufactured to in the following types:
ER-6, ER-6/4, suitable for the following voltage: ER-61 (3x127V), ER-62 (3x220V),as well as
ER-61/4 (3x127V), ER-62/4 (3x220V), ER-6...U is also available with percussive heads that assist in
the drilling process.

PNEUMATIC SCERWDRIVERS
Standard equipment of pneumatic devices in casing made of a dedicated „anti-spark” alloy
and antistatic composite material allows for the application of the said devices for industrial
purposes in Zone 1 or in mines exposed to methane explosion.
These devices are supplied with the certificate EX I M2c IIB 95° CX and EX II 2GDc IIB 95° CX
under the Directives 94/9/EC and 1999/92/EC.
Such devices are likely to be deployed in mining and petrochemical industry as well as elsewhere
whenever explosion hazard is an issue.

Pneumatic screwdrivers PSR 24Fe and PSR 36Fe serve to loosen and tighten threaded
connections in mines and in heavy industry. Torque is achieved by means of vane motor
transferring torque onto percussive mechanism.
The pneumatic screwdriver type PSR65Fe serves to screw or unscrew bolts and caps in the
mining industry, smelter operations, power plants, etc. Torque is reached by means of pneumatic
motor with a percussive mechanism.
Pneumatic percussive Screwdrivers meet the set criteria under PN-EN 1127-2 applicable to
operation under the circumstances of IM2 explosion hazard.

WRENCH
Hydraulic impact wrench for screwing and unscrewing bolts
requiring high moment. The application of wrenches by and largely
facilitates and serves to either tighten or loosen bolts with high
torques.
The application of wrenches greatly facilitates operation in
terms of both ease and time of heavy-duty machines, railway track
works, the erection and dismantling of large size steel structures,
etc. The application of wrenches in coal mining has greatly affected
the improvement of efficiency and time-consumption of screwing
and unscrewing lock bolts of gallery claddings.
1 kg hydraulic wrench has a much great power than
wrenches with pneumatic or electric wrench. The percussive
mechanism does not transfer loads onto the operator.
Screwing/Unscrewing time amounts to 8-10 seconds. The wrenches are adjusted by means of
torque. They may be supplies from independent power generators with a diesel drive, electric or
hydraulic system drive.

CHISEL GMP-SR42
Chain cutting chisel SR 42 is a device for cutting chains with the diameter of up to 42 mm
and flat chains of up to 46 mm. The cutting chisel may be connected to the central hydraulic
system of 32 MPa or an independent pressure supply (hand-held/pedal hydraulic pump).
The cutting chisel is controlled by means of a central hydraulic system three-way valve that
may be based at any distance from the cutting chisel.

Hydraulic rail bender GMP-OKH 1 is a device for bending rails and profiles at angles of
choice. Bending is performed by means of a hydraulic actuator powered by a hand-held hydraulic
pump.
The bender comprises a hydraulic actuator with a reverse spring and counter spring, frame
with handles characterized with adjustable pull stirrup position. The pressure fluid source is tapped
by means of a single connection.

The pump is intended for water, impurity and sludge removal with particle contaminants of
up to 25 mm in diameter. It may also be applied for operation with marine water or corrosive
chemical substances.

Pneumatic multiplier type GMP-MP20is either a single or double-piston pump with a
handle for easy operation at the workpost. The multiplier is made of stainless steel and meets
criteria set for I M2 grade facilities exposed to methane or coal dust explosion danger.

The engine of this model has an in-built brake option for
an unlimited start-up number and operation times. The hoist GMPCPA stands out by an extremely low noise emission upon
operation.
The scarce casing and low weight of the model contribute
to its ease of operation and transportation.

Hoists with CE marking (under EU directives) are standardly supplied
with a circuit breaker and a cut-off valve at air supply line as well as a
standadised control panel.
All pneumatic hoists are supplied with an ATEX certificate for the zone 2
Ex II 3 GD c IIB 135˚C X. Hoists with an additional anti-explosive protection in
compliance with z ATEX for zone1: Ex II 2 GD c IIB 135˚C X.
PNEUMATIC HOIST WITHOUT LUBRICATION
Driven by unique toothed engines, renowned for their durability,
reliability and limited requirements, also in contaminated environments,
proven operation in mining and navy.
Smooth operation achieved also without air supply lubrication. Only two
loose parts, made of high-resistant composite material. Clean air at engine
exhaust.
Cost-efficient installation/maintenance (no need to replenish forgotten

Once all ignition hazards have been analysed, upon intensive testing, a dedicated brake

PNEUMATICZNA CHAIN SAW
SH 150-180BX
Pneumatic chain saw type SH 150-180BX (hereafter referred to as the saw) is hand-held,
intended exclusively for cutting wood. The maximum length of guide strip amounts to 350 mm. The
maximum cutting diameter shall not exceed 340mm (upon unilateral cutting) or 690 mm (upon
bilateral cutting).
The saw is not intended for felling or pruning trees in forest environment.
The saw is composed of a control handle, fitted with a protective shield at the bottom, a
body with lamellar engine, strap brake, lubricating device, strip with a brake and
shielded handles. As the entire body of the pneumatic saw is made of steel, it is
possible to deploy the saw in explosion hazard environment.

HYDRAULIC AUGERS
GMP-HWK type hydraulic augers serve to drill boreholes. They are deployed for drilling
boreholes for drainage, demethanisation, geological surveying (for core sampling) and other drilling
works.
They may be operated in all positions and directions (± 90°) in hard coal mines. The entire
hydraulic system is composed of a main frame, pumping station and operation panel. The array of
the structure along with framed subsystems allows easy dismantling and transportation.

CORE BORING TOOLS
Atlas Copco Secoroc offers a full assortment of core boring tools for bottom jack hammers,
designed to suit various needs.
All core boring tools are made of high
standard steel with tungsten carbide and
processed with precision to obtain an ideally
shaped body. Core boring tools are tempered to
achieve the required hardness, ensuring optimal
resistance to compression and fatigue. At the
final stage of manufacture, the core boring tools
are fitted with suitably shaped and sized studs.
All core boring tools are manufactured in-house
by Atlas Copco.
There are five basic types of core boring
tools available: Convex, Flat front, SpeedBit,
Concave and Rocket. Core boring tools are
designed for all types of rock, irrespective of the rock hardness or cracking.
Adequately selected steel grades ensure high anti-abrasive resistance.
