Dekpol's sales of apartments increased by nearly 45% in
the first half of 2015
Listed company Dekpol recorded a 45% increase in the sales of apartments in the first half
of 2015 as compared to the corresponding period of last year. In the period from January
to June this year, the company signed 97 development agreements as part of 6
investments located in Pomorskie Voivodeship.
Over 88% of the apartments sold by Dekpol SA in the first six months of 2015 are residential
premises included in the following investment projects: Nowe Rokitki at Tczewska Street in
Rokitki and Osiedle Zielone at Potęgowska Street in Gdańsk. In the first half of 2015, the
company began the next investment project in Rokitki – Nowe Rokitki II and sold the last
apartments in the small-scale Delta development in Tczew.
“We are recording a systematic growth of sales in the investments carried out by Dekpol.
Last year we saw a 134% increase in sales, as we signed 220 development agreements. The
results achieved in the first half of this year allow us to look to the future with optimism”,
said Mariusz Tuchlin, President of the Management Board of Dekpol SA.
A new addition to the developer's portfolio are apartments in Nowa Motława complex on
Wyspa Spichrzów (Spichrzów island) in Gdańsk, where an aparthotel and 298 residential
premises with surface areas ranging from 27 to 74 m2 will be constructed. The design of the
investment by Kozikowski Design includes a range of modern amenities. Both the residents
and the hotel guests will be able to enjoy, among others, a wellness zone with a surface area
of 453 m2, including an indoor swimming pool of 80 m 2, as well as saunas, a spa bath and a
gym. The developer is also conducting talks regarding the development of the waterside
infrastructure as well as a yacht marina within the area of the investment. Another housing
investment currently under development by Dekpol SA is the picturesquely situated Młoda
Morena housing estate at Dolne Migowo Street in Gdańsk.
The total number of apartments available in the developer's portfolio as of 30 June 2015 is
533 residential premises.
