CAPITAL PARK Shopping Centre on Rejtana St in Rzeszów
The BEST Construction group was responsible for the design and construction of
the Capital Park reinforced concrete superstructure. This shopping centre is
supported by a slab foundation and creates a total floor space of 12,000 m2. The
complex includes a car parking for 120 cars. Capital Park shopping centre houses
a number of prominent banks and financial services providers as well as retail
outlets. The construction
of the building was completed in 3.5 months and the
whole complex was completed in 9 months. The complex was funded by a private
investor from Rzeszów.

NOWY ŚWIAT Shopping Centre on Krakowska and Ofiar Katynia St in
Rzeszów
Nowy Świat Shopping Centre is a reinforced concrete 4 storey building with a total
area of 36,000 m2, this site includes an adjacent 1,300 car parks. The construction
includes a foundation base, pillars, and ceilings which have been modified to
include open ceilings, as to speed up construction works in wintertime. The ground
floor is occupied by a supermarket, and the remaining floors are occupied by other
retail outlets.

CENTER PARK Shopping Centre on Kolejowa in Rzeszów
Construction of the 4 storey shopping centre was completed in 4 months. The
building exhibits a total area of 12,000 m2 and an underground car park with 95
parking spaces.

Shopping Complex on Kopisto and Rejtan St in Rzeszów
The “Millennium Hall” shopping
complex
with
a

120,000 m2 and the accompanying
“Mała Galeria” (internal shopping
centre) with a total area of 40,000
m2 is Rzeszóws largest shopping
centre.

Service and Residential Building on Niepodległości St in Rzeszów
The Best Construction Company is responsible for the 9 storey residential building
with a ground floor shopping area on Niepodległości St. This building site included
residential infrastructure and has an underground car park resulting in a total area
of 11,000 m2 being provided for 123 apartments. The investor is Housing
Cooperative “Energetyk” from Rzeszów.

Residential Building on Różana St in Rzeszów
The design and construction of a 5 storey residential building with an underground
car park as well as residential infrastructure and landscaping. The total area of the
building is 3,700 m2 resulting in 55 apartments. The investor is a private developer
“AP Klan2” from Rzeszow.

Residential Building Complex on Strzelnicza St in Rzeszów
The construction of this residential building complex with an underground car park
has a total area of 7,600 m2 and includes 82 apartments. The project was awarded
the “Diamond Key” by the Association of Subcarpathia Property Managers.

Residential Building with underground garage on Zawisza Czarny St
in Rzeszów
BEST Construction was part of the design and construction process of the 9 storey
residential building on Zawisza Czarny St with the total area of 12,546 m2. This
includes
an

underground parking area adjacent to the building under the buildings recreational
area.

BEST Construction built the 7 storey building on Zagłoby St. This site included an
underground car park as well as residential infrastructure and a ground level retail

This residential estate project
includes the comprehensive construction of 4
buildings with additional residential infrastructure and landscaping. The total area
of the estate is 15,000 m2 and has a volume of 50,000 m3. The investor is Housing
Cooperative “Projektant” from Rzeszów.

The District Courthouse construction is a reinforced concrete structure that is now
a prominent building with convenient car park in Rzeszów. The reinforced steel
construction aspect of the building was completed by KARPAT-BUD Ltd. as a
subcontractor commissioned by Warbud S.A.

Construction of a Papa John’s pizzeria in Rzeszów was undertaken by Best

International Education Centre in Kielnarowa
The design and construction of the 9 storey educational building in Kielnarowa was
developed by BEST Constructions. This site has a total area of 5,353 m2 and a
volume of 21,394 m3 the building consists of an auditorium for 300 people, 2
conference rooms, classrooms, 15 laboratories and a multimedia library. The
investor is the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów.

Silesian Interuniversity Centre of Education and Interdisciplinary
Researches in Chorzów
The reinforced concrete construction of the Silesian Education Center in Chorzow is
a 4 story that has a total area of 17,000 m2 and a volume of 102,000 m3. The
investor is Silesian University.

District Church with Student Centre of Christianity Culture and
Church House on Rejtan St in Rzeszów
The Christian Student Cultural Centre and church house where managed by the
Best Constructions Company.
The church is a one storey building with a
reinforced concrete and masonry structure that has a total area of 3,327 m2.

17. District Sport Center in Staszów.
The comprehensive design of the local gym, swimming pool, auditorium and the 60
m long slide in Staszów was undertaken the Best construction group. This site
resulted in a total area of 15,000 m2 and the volume of 67,000 m3.

Educational Building and Students’ hall of Residence of PWSW in
Przemyśl
The expansion of the educational infrastructure on the college grounds in Przemyśl
was undertaken by the BEST Constructions Company. The educational complex is a
reinforced
concrete
structure
with
masonry
walls
and
has
many
modern
laboratories and research workshops.

Antique Assembly of Bernardyni Fathers on Sokoła/Piłsudskiego St
in Rzeszów
The expansion of the antique assembly of the Bernardyni Fathers in Rzeszów was
altered with the adaptation of an attic as well as the garden landscaping
arrangement that is situated above the redesigned car park. This structure is a
reinforced concrete construction with the total area of 7,600 m2 and volume of
28,000 m3.

The design and construction of a showroom and service center for Fiat was under
taken by the Best Construction Company.

Road Laboratory GDDKiA on Rejtan St in Rzeszów
The addition to the
of the new 4 story building to the existing Road laboratory
GDDKiA building was undertaken by BEST Construction. This site also included
residential infrastructure and the landscaping of surrounding grounds resulting in a
total area of 1,500 m2 and volume of 6,500 m3 being developed. This includes
laboratory and office rooms.

The construction of the showroom and service center for the Rzeszow Volkswagen
dealership was undertaken by the BEST Construction Company. This building is a

PLAZA shopping center on Rejtana in Rzeszów
The expansion of the PLAZA shopping center resulted in the addition of a multilevel
half open car park for 450 parking spaces and the first and second floors with
shopping and office areas. The investor was Keen Property Partners Ltd. from
Warsaw.

Awards and Honours:
2008 - POLISH PROJECT EXCELLENCE AWARD, Poznań 2008
BEST Construction Sp. z o.o. won the Project Excellence Award of
Poland awarded by SPMP for the design and construction of the
shopping centre “Capital Park” on Rejtana St in Rzeszów constructed
for a private investor. Organised by the Association of Project
Management Poland in Warsaw, it is the Polish version of the international IPMA
Project Excellence Award. BEST Construction was responsible for the design and
construction of the superstructure of this building.
SAFE CONSTRUCTION 2008
BEST Construction Sp. z o.o. was awarded the “Safe Construction
2008” award by the District Inspector of Labour for the construction of
the residential building on Niepodległości St in Rzeszów, managed by
Tomasz Polek.
The purpose of the contest organised by the State Labour
Inspectorate is to disseminate safe and hygienic working conditions on construction
sites through the implementation of a safety management system and promoting
the works of contractors that ensure safe workplaces for their employees. It must
be noted that the safety management system employed at this site has been
replicated on all our other sites, helping to improve building site safety.
2009 PODKARPACIE’S CONSTRUCTION OF THE YEAR 2008
BEST Construction Sp. z o.o. was awarded two awards in the ninth
edition of the Podkarpacie’s Construction of the Year 2008 contest.
The contest is organised by the Rzeszów branch of the Polish Association
of Engineers and Building Technicians with the co-participation of the
Podkarpacie District Chamber of Building Engineering.
BEST Construction Sp. z o.o. won the First Prize and received the title
of Podkarpacie’s Construction of the Year 2008 for the structure
“Capital Park Office and Retail Building” on Rejtana St in Rzeszów in
the public work category.
Distinction in the industrial construction category
BEST Construction Sp. z o.o. was awarded a Distinction in the communal and
industrial construction category for the building of concrete batching plants along
with administrative and social infrastructure on Ciepłownicza St in Rzeszów.
