Teachers of initial education
Association has emerged in year
1999 from initiative of teachers in
workshops organized by
foundation in Katowice called
„ Elementarz ”.
Spent time together started the
issue of the movie "Dead Poets
Society" led to the idea of creating a
„fresh-spirit Teachers Society "
SNEP founding meeting was held in Łutowiec
- the smallest school in Europe.
This year, the school run by the Elementarz
Foundation learns to four children
The mission of SNEP is to integrate
environment and nursery school teachers in
joint activities at the Early Childhood
Development
Our main objectives are:
* Measures for Early Childhood Education.
* Defending the professional interests of teachers.
* Participation in the initiation and coordination
research in the field of initial education.
* Supporting pedagogical innovation.
* Spread knowledge and awareness
professional qualifications of teachers
initial education.
Twice a year reunions are held by SNEP.
Spring one is usually outside of our
headquarters ..
Each meeting is devoted to the

One of the closest partner is „Elementarz” Foundation
Both institutions work closely together. Field interaction is
very broad. To a large extent deals with the issues of Small
Schools and Kindergartens. Our joint projects co-financed
by the ESF are:

Small Rural kindergartens across
Polish, acting on the basis of the
program: „Mały Elementariusz”

In kindergartens children play and learn
in different age groups.
We give them the
opportunity of
experiencing
World with all their
senses
We're using
educational project. We promote
the most valuable ways of
working with a small child
by:

* Education in the outdoors
* Psychology fun
* Creative thinking
The methods we use to learn reading:
- The method of Bon Depart
- Global Reading by Glen Doman
- Multi-sensory reading
In the project we want to emphasize also other methods,
which are successfully used in Polish education:
- Story – Line method
- KWL Strategy
- Method of translating ?intersemiotycznego?
- Method of morning circle
- WebQuest
-and many other interesting and effective methods of
activating the work of children.
To initial education we use methods of learining to read, that
includes many senses
Vision - associations: S like Snake.
Hearing - Aah - yawning, tru tu, tu - trumpet
Touch - Modeling P - plasticine, W - wire, touch, style.
Taste - L - lemon, C - cucumber
Odor - P - as a pine (fragrance oil), R - raspberry (raspberry juice)

Over 50% of the capacity to learn during the pre-formed.
What we get in early childhood will pay of in adulthood. As it called
