Beteiligungs Aktiengesellschaft ("Warimpex") hereby gives note that on 24 Setember 2013 AMPLICO Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny
("OFE") and MetLife Amplico Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny ("DFE"), both represented by AMPLICO Powszechne Towarzystwo
Emerytalne S.A., shared the information, that AMPLICO Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. have acquired on 17
September 2013 12,937 voting shares and hold 2,712,602 voting shares in Warimpex of a total of 54,000,000 voting shares, and
they therefore hold 5.02% of Warimpex' share capital, which means that the thresholds specified in section 91 of the Austrian Stock
Exchange Act have been exceeded.
Prior to settlement of the transaction indicated above, OFE and DFE held 2,699,665 voting shares, representing 4.99% of
Warimpex' share capital.

Consequently, the relevant threshold of 5% pursuant to section 91 Austrian Stock Exchange Act has been exceeded by AMPLICO
