Throughthecapitalorpersonalrelationsmaybeunderstoodtheinteractionsbetweenthe OrderingPartyorthepeopleauthorizedtoenterintocommitmentsonbehalfoftheOrdering PartyorpersonsperformingonbehalfoftheOrderingPartyalltheactivitiesrelatedtothe preparationandimplementationofproceduresforselectionofthecontractor,andBidder,in particularby: • participationinthecompany,asapartnerorpartnership, • owningatleast10%oftheshares, • roleasamemberofthesupervisoryboard,managementorproxy, • remainingmarriedinconsanguinityoraffinityinastraightline,theseconddegreeof kinshiporaffinityoftheseconddegreeinthecollaterallineorbyadoption,guardianship orcustody. 13.
