Absolwent Politechniki Wrocławskiej, Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego we Wrocławiu oraz Executive MBA SGH
w Warszawie i University of Minnesota. Założyciel i CEO Grupy MCI, jednej z wiodących grup private equity
w regionie CEE. MCI zarządza zdywersyfikowanym portfelem inwestycji w funduszach: MCI.EuroVentures
(expansion, buy-out), MCI.TechVentures (growth, expansion), MCI.BioVentures (start-up, early stage), Helix
Ventures Partners (seed, start-up), Internet Ventures (early stage, growth), MCI.ImmoVentures (real estate,
infrastructure) oraz MCI Gandalf Aktywnej Alokacji SFIO (absolute return).
Wartość AUM MCI wynosi ok. 823 mln PLN. Jak dotąd Grupa zrealizowała 44 projekty inwestycyjne,
dokonała 19 pełnych wyjść i częściowe transakcje wyjścia z sześciu inwestycji, osiągając (01.01.9930.06.10) net IRR na poziomie 23,5% i plasując się w czołówce europejskich funduszy PE. W obszarze
zainteresowania MCI leżą inwestycje w regionie Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej.
MCI jest notowany na GPW od lutego 2001.

Graduated from Wroclaw University of Technology, Warsaw School of Economics and University of
Minnesota.
Founded the MCI Group, of the most dynamic private equity groups in the CEE Region, managing a
diversified portfolio of alternative assets.
Current operations of MCI cover three basic private equity strategies: venture capital, buy-out & expansion,
real estate & infrastructure.
MCI manages 7 funds. The value of MCI's AUM reaches above 823 M PLN. The MCI Group has so far
closed 44 investment projects, 19 full exits and 6 partial exit transactions. MCI's focus is at private equity
investments in the CEE Region.
In the period between 01.01.1999 and 30.06.2011 MCI Management SA generated net IRR at the level of
23,5% (average net IRR of the whole MCI Management SA portfolio in the period 01.01.1999 – 30.06.2011 the sum of full and partial exits and book valuation of the portfolio as on 31.03.2011).
