Ultimate performance from ABC Data with the latest Intel® Core™
processors
ABC Data has expanded its portfolio with the latest 6th generation Intel® Core™ i5 and Intel®
Core™ i7 processors to provide outstanding quality and performance for handling the most
complex tasks and the most demanding games. The processors are intended for desktop
computers and work seamlessly with the Windows 10 operating system. The blazing fast
reaction to the user's actions and more dynamic access to applications significantly enhances
the user experience. The increased performance means improved productivity, overclocking
possibilities and ability to run several threads at the same time. Other benefits include reduced
energy consumption and better 3D gaming experience with higher resolutions, more details
and improved FPS performance, as well as better touch control and secure login using voice
recognition and face scanning features.
The latest Intel® Core™ i5 and Intel® Core™ i7 processors set a brand-new standard for users.
The 6th generation processors from Intel use 14 nm technology, which provides improved
performance and lower energy consumption compared to the predecessors, and are based
on HyperThreading technology and come with Turbo Boost 2.0 system. This means the
processor's clock rate automatically adapts to the user's current requirements to ensure
dynamic performance management and conserve energy.
All the processors marked with “i5” are intended for demanding users. They feature 4 cores,
each core able to process 4 threads simultaneously. The 6600K, the fastest model of the i5
lineup, is designed to run at up to 3.9 GHz. The i5 lineup has 7 models for desktop computers
(i5-6600, i5-6600K, i5-6600T, i5-6500, i5-6500T, i5-6400T, i5-6400).
The i7 series offer the ultimate performance without compromise thanks to Intel's precisely
designed architecture. This lineup also has substantial overclocking possibilities. The most
powerful i7 CPUs can handle 8 threads per core, and the fastest model runs at up to 4.2 GHz.
The i7 lineup includes 3 models for desktop computers (i7-6700K, i7-6700T, i7-6700).

The latest Intel Iris GPU is also something worth mentioning. It supports resolutions up to 4K
and offers enough performance to handle today's games and programs even without an
external graphics card.
That is not all. The most promising, and slightly magical, feature that comes with the 6th
generation Intel processors is the RealSense camera, which supports gesture control of
devices and applications. You can now use 'Minority Report'-like gestures in your own home.
RealSense also scans objects into 3D masks, so you can make models of things and people
and share them in social media or print them using a 3D printer at any moment.
