Regulations to the event
1. Aby wziąć udział w wydarzeniu, należy zgłosić swój udział poprzez formularz zgłoszeniowy.
To take part in the event, please fill in the application form.
2. W 2nd Speed Business Mixerze udział wziąć może tylko jeden reprezentant firmy (z wyjątkiem
sponsorów wydarzenia).
Only one representative of the company can participate in the 2nd Speed Business Mixer (with
the exception of Business Mixer’s Sponsors).
3. W

Up to two representatives of one company can take part in the networking session.
4. Udział w wydarzeniu jest bezpłatny jedynie dla Inwestorów i Partnerów Łódzkiej Specjalnej
Strefy Ekonomicznej oraz firm członkowskich Izb partnerskich (tj. Belgijska Izba Gospodarcza,
Brytyjsko-Polska Izba Gospodarcza, Indyjsko-Polska Izba Przemysłowo-Handlowa, Japońska
Organizacja Handlu Zagranicznego JETRO, Niderlandzko-Polska Izba Gospodarcza, PolskoNiemiecka
Izba
Przemysłowo-Handlowa,
Skandynawsko-Polska
Izba
Gospodarcza).
Participation in the event is free of charge for Investors and Business Partners of Lodz Special
Economic Zone and member companies of Chambers that are Partners of the event (i.e.
Belgian Business Chamber, British-Polish Chamber of Commerce, Indio-Polish of Commerce
and Industry, Japan External Trade Organization JETRO, the Netherlands-Polish Chamber of
Commerce, Polish-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Scandinavian-Polish
Chamber of Commerce).
5. Firmy nie wymienione w pkt. 4 regulaminu, a chcące wziąć udział w wydarzeniu, zobowiązane
są uiścić opłatę za udział w wysokości 200 PLN netto (udział wyłącznie jednej osoby z firmy).
Dane do przelewu wysłane zostaną po wypełnieniu formularza oraz pozytywnej weryfikacji
zgłoszenia, nie później niż do 6 marca br. na maila kontaktowego podanego w zgłoszeniu.
Companies that are not inlcluded in the above list, but would like to participate in the event, are
obliged to pay 200 PLN netto (only one person from the company). Details to pay the
participation fee, will be sent after filling in the application form and positive verification of the
registration, not later that till 6th March for contact e-mail from the application.
6. Ze względu na ograniczoną liczbę miejsc, liczy się kolejność zgłoszeń. E-mail potwierdzający
rejestrację zostanie przesłany do 6 marca 2015 r. Osoby nie zarejestrowane, nie będą mogły
wziąć udziału w wydarzeniu. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo anulacji zgłoszenia bez
podania przyczyny.
Due to the limited number of seats, registrations are accepted on the first served basis. E-mail
confirming the registration will be sent by 6th March 2015. Not registered companies will not be
able to take part in the event. The Organiser has the right to cancel the application without
stating a reason.
7. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do ograniczenia liczby uczestników do 70% firm
produkcyjnych i 30% firm usługowych.
The Organiser may limit the number of participant to 70% of manufacturing companies and 30%
of service companies.
8. Podczas wydarzenia Organizatorzy będą zbierać wizytówki. Przekazanie wizytówki
Organizatorowi, oznacza zgodę na przekazanie kontaktu innym uczestnikom wydarzenia.
The Organizer will collect business cards during the meeting. Giving your business card equals
agreeing to pass the contact to other participants of the event.
