For our client BIG SSC/BPO company we currently looking for:
BHP Specialist

OPIS STANOWISKA:
 implementation of the company health and safety policy in accordance with applicable
law.
 building a culture of safety within the company.
 raising the level of employees knowledge about the safety principles and good
practices and fire protection rules.
 supervision of the health & safety documentation.
 conducting health & safety trainings.
 participation in workspaces and building inspections.
 creation of internal directions, regulations and instructions concerning health and
safety and fire protection.
 risk assessments preparation.
 supervision over documents related to accidents at work.
 participation in the Committee on Health and Safety meetings.
 cooperation with external institutions in the field of health & safety and fire protection.
 preparation of hoc reports, analysis and presentations.
WYMAGANIA:
 education in health and safety area - preferred higher or postgraduate studies.
 min 3 years of experience in an independent position.
 very good knowledge of English.
 practical knowledge of the health and safety law regulations and the ability of their
interpretation and application.
 good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
 experience in conducting risk assessment and hazard identification.
 responsibility and independence in decision-making.
 thoroughness and the ability to work organization.
 communication skills, assertiveness.
