Appointment of the Company’s Board of Directors
The Wandalex S.A. Management Board hereby informs that the Extraordinary
General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders convened on 20 May 2009 has
appointed new Board of Directors composed of the following persons: Dariusz
Bąkowski, Sławomir Bąkowski, Paweł Gajewicz, Jarosław Figat, Grzegorz Rusin.
Mr. Dariusz Bąkowski has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Board of
Directors. Mr. Grzegorz Rusin has been appointed as a new member of the Board
of Directors.
Grzegorz Rusin
Education: secondary, in the period 1982-1987 was studying at the Warsaw
University of Technology but had not graduated.

Grzegorz Rusin does not pursue any activities competitive to the activities of
Wandalex S.A., neither is he a partner in a civil law partnership or in an
individual business activity, nor a member of a managerial body of joint-stock
company or any other competitive legal entity. He does not hold, neither He has
ever held any functions in the management or supervisory bodies in any entity
which during his tenure was placed in bankruptcy or liquidation. Mr. Grzegorz
Rusin is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept at the National Court
Register.
