town in Leonberg Warmbronn.
House is located at a large meadow, next to a field where sheep are grassing and
next to the woods, where recreation such as biking or walking is always welcome.
Center of town is approx. 900 m away. All shopping opportunities are available.
The bright living room with much natural light is located on the upper floor that is
accessible via winding staircase. Living room has floor level windows. It is furnished
with a couch set, coffee table, flat screen TV and shelf.
Bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.8 m wide) and a wardrobe.
Dining room is furnished with a large dining table, two armchairs and a country
style cabinet.
Eat-in kitchen is completely equipped and furnished with dining table and
fireplace.
Bathroom is inside the house, yet has to be accessed from outside. It is furnished
with a bathtub, cabinet and washing machine.
Cleaning service is available upon request for an extra fee.
Final cleaning fee is EUR 160.00.
Internet service and parking space are included in monthly rent.
Monthly rent includes utility costs. Extra costs are for electricity that is charged
based on consumption.
Public broadcasting fees (GEZ) are tenant's responsibility.
