Elements of the English constitution; parliamentary supremacy, definition of state
constitutional conventions, elementy angielskie konstytucji, zwierzchność parlamentu,
pojęcie: state constitutional conventions.

Sources of Law; Parliamentary legislation, precedent,(both common law and equity)
Practical exercises on how to read a statute and statutory interpretation, źródła prawa,
legislacja, precedens;

Legal Personnel; judiciary, legal professions (qualifications and role) – “Personel prawny”,
judykatura , zawody prawnicze
The jury system – system sądownictwa

law in UK.- elementy angielskiego prawa pracy, prawa imigracyjnego oraz stosowania

Labour law; equality legislation, including working conditions, equality of social security,
collective redundancies and restructuring of enterprises. – Prawo pracy, legislacja w zakresie
niedyskryminacji w stosunkach pracy; zwolnienia zbirowe i restrukturyzacja przedsiębiorstw

Immigration – imigracja
Brief background introduction on EU rights for workers, citizens and free movement
provisions. – swoboda przepływu pracowników, prawa pracownicze w EU
UK workers registration scheme and practice, rights, limitations and regulation – system
