Minimalne parametry techniczne:

- maksymalna odległość od krawędzi szkła

- minimalna wielkość otworu – 3 mm

Wybór najkorzystniejszej oferty zostanie
dokonany w oparciu o następujące
kryteria:
cena netto - waga 70%,
okres gwarancji – waga
30%
Przyjmuje się, iż 1% wagi kryterium = 1 pkt.
Zamawiający
dokona
wyboru
najkorzystniejszego
przedmiotu
zamówienia poprzez przyznanie punktów
za spełnienie kryterium ceny netto i okresu
gwarancji. Ocenie podlegać będzie łącznie
cała oferta. Za najkorzystniejszą ofertę

A two-spindle electromechanical drilling
machine with double-sided drilling function
(up & down), designed for double-sided
drilling in glass. Automatic waste gathering
system protects the lower head from
breaking in result of waste falling in the end
of the cycle. The maximum drilling depth is
adjusted with a knob, with slowdown and
delay functions for maximum safety.
Minimal technical parameters:
- glass thickness – 3-30 mm
- maximum distance from the glass edge –
110 cm
- minimum opening size – 3 mm

The best offer shall be chosen based on
the following criteria:

Kryterium „cena netto”:
Oferta z najniższą ceną otrzymuje
70 punktów.
Pozostałe
oferty
będą
punktowane liniowo (do 2 miejsc
po przecinku) wedle następującej
formuły arytmetycznej:
(X÷Y) x 70, gdzie:
X = najniższa cena,
Y = cena ocenianej oferty.
Kryterium „Okres gwarancji”:
Oferta z najdłuższym okresem
gwarancji otrzymuje 30 punktów.
Pozostałe
oferty
będą
punktowane liniowo (do 2 miejsc
po przecinku) wedle następującej
formuły arytmetycznej:
(X÷Y) x 30, gdzie:
X = okres gwarancji oferty
ocenianej,
Y = najdłuższy okres
gwarancji.
Złożona oferta powinna zawierać, co
najmniej:
Nazwę, numer NIP i adres
oferenta lub pieczątkę firmową.
Datę sporządzenia oferty,
Opis nawiązujący do parametrów
wyszczególnionych w zapytaniu
ofertowym.
Cenę jednostkową (netto oraz
brutto) całej oferty w PLN lub w
EURO. W przypadku złożenia
oferty w EURO należy dokonać
przeliczenia waluty na PLN wg
średniego
bieżącego
kursu
wyliczonego i ogłoszonego przez
Narodowy Bank Polski z dnia
wystawienia
zapytania
ofertowego,
Wskazanie okresu gwarancji.
Termin ważności oferty.
Wskazane jest, by oferta zawierała
również inne, dodatkowe informacje, np.
warunki płatności i dostawy, możliwe do
uzyskania upusty, maksymalny czas
realizacji, kosztorys ofertowy itd.
Wymagamy ofert w języku polskim lub
ofert dwujęzycznych.
Zachęcamy do skorzystania z naszego

It is recommended that the offer includes
additional information, e.g. conditions of
payment and delivery, available discounts,
maximum delivery time, tender price
estimate, etc.
Offers must be submitted in Polish or
bilingual versions.
Bidders are encouraged to use our
tender form. The technical parameters
specified in our tender form reflect the
minimum
technical
parameters
contained in the announcement of the
call for tenders. If necessary, you can
modify those parameters; however,
please bear in mind that they cannot be

1. The offer must be 100% consistent
with the technical parameters specified
in the announcement of the call for
tenders.
2. Any offers submitted after the deadline
shall not be considered.
3. The bidder has the right to change or
withdraw their offer prior to the deadline
for the submittal of tenders.
4. In the course of examination and
evaluation of the offers, the Contracting
Party may request for additional
explanations regarding the submitted
offers.
5. The Contracting Party reserves the
right to change the Request for
Proposals before the lapse of the term
for the submittal of offers.
6. The Contracting Party reserves the
right to cancel the tender procedure
before the end of the term for the
submittal of offers.
7. Partial offers shall not be accepted.
8. Offers cannot be submitted by entities
with personal or capital relations.
