Dubiel Vitrum istnieje na rynku ju¿ ponad 30 lat. Za formaln¹ datê powstania zak³adu
przyjmuje siê rok 1982, kiedy firma zasta³a oficjalnie zarejestrowana, jednak szklarskie
tradycje przedsiêbiorstwa siêgaj¹ lat 30-tych XX wieku. W 1938 roku Piotr Dubiel
rozpocz¹³ pracê jako czeladnik w szklarskim zak³adzie rzemieœlniczym w Tarnowie.
Po wojnie uruchomi³ w³asny zak³ad w Rabce- Zdroju, a w 1965 roku uzyska³ dyplom
mistrzowski bran¿y szklarskiej. Swoj¹ wiedzê Piotr przekaza³ synowi - Andrzejowi,
który w 1982 roku za³o¿y³ firmê, nieprzerwanie dzia³aj¹c¹ do dnia dzisiejszego.
Obecnie Dubiel Vitrum to nowoczesny zak³ad obróbki szk³a, który produkuje lustra
oraz szk³o p³askie stosowane w budownictwie oraz architekturze wnêtrz. Firma posiada
certyfikaty wymagane w krajach UE, a jej produkty cechuje najwy¿sza jakoœæ wykonania.
Dziêki temu wyroby oferowane przez Dubiel Vitrum dostêpne s¹ nie tylko w Polsce,
ale tak¿e w kilkunastu krajach na ca³ym œwiecie.

Dubiel Vitrum has been present on the market for over 30 years. The official year of its
founding is 1982 since it was then that the company was formally registered. However,
the company's traditions in glazing date back to the 1930s. In 1938, Piotr Dubiel began
working as an apprentice for a glazing craft business located in Tarnow. After World War II
he founded his own company in Rabka-Zdroj and in 1965 received a master's diploma i
n glazing. Piotr shared his experience and knowledge with his son, Andrzej, who in 1982
founded his own company operating continuously till this day.
Today, Dubiel Vitrum is a modern glass processing plant manufacturing mirrors and sheet
glass used by the construction industry and for interior design. The company holds
certificates required by EU member states and its products are well known for their high
quality. Thus, the products offered by Dubiel Vitrum are available not only in Poland,
but also in many countries around the world.

CZYM JEST IP?
WHAT IS IP ?
Oznaczenie IP (z ang. Ingress Protection) wskazuje na
stopieñ ochrony urz¹dzenia elektrycznego przed
penetracj¹ czynników zewnêtrznych. Sk³ada siê
z liter IP i najczêœciej dwóch znaków, z których pierwszy
oznacza odpornoœæ na penetracjê cia³ sta³ych, a drugi na
penetracjê wody.
The IP mark (Ingress Protection) indicates the level
of protection of electrical devices against external
factors. It consists of the letters IP and, usually,
two digits, one indicating resistance to penetration
by solids, the other to penetration by water.
Klasa szczelnoœci IP 44 oznacza efektywn¹ ochronê przed
cia³ami sta³ymi o wielkoœci ponad 1 mm oraz przed
kroplami wody padaj¹cymi pod dowolnym k¹tem.
Oznaczenie IP 54 gwarantuje ochronê przed wnikaniem

Do pielêgnacji lustra u¿ywamy ciep³ej, czystej wody.
Aby usun¹æ wiêksze zabrudzenia mo¿na zastosowaæ
nieagresywne œrodki do mycia szk³a i luster. Najlepiej
czyœciæ lustro miêkk¹, ch³onn¹ szmatk¹, która nie
rysuje i nie pozostawia na powierzchni szk³a w³ókien.
Nie wolno polewaæ lustra lub rozpylaæ œrodków
czyszcz¹cych bezpoœrednio na lustro. Na koniec lustro
nale¿y staranie wytrzeæ such¹ œciereczk¹. Pozwoli to
unikn¹æ gromadzenia siê p³ynu na dolnej krawêdzi
lustra i powstania korozji podk³adu. Lustro od strony
tylnej czyœcimy jedynie z kurzu, na sucho, przy pomocy
miêkkiej œciereczki, bez u¿ycia œrodków czyszcz¹cych.

Illuminated mirrors

Use clear warm water to clean the mirror. In cases
of unusual contamination, non-aggressive agents can
be used to clean the glass and mirror. It is best to clean
the mirror with a soft absorbent cloth which won't
scratch or leave fibres on the surface of the glass.
Do not pour or spray cleaning agents directly onto
the mirror. As the last step, rub the mirror carefully with
a dry cloth. This will prevent the liquid from
accumulating at the lower edge of the mirror
and causing corrosion of the undercoat. The back
of the mirror should be dusted exclusively with a dry
soft cloth without using cleaning agents.

u¿yciu dwóch technik zadruku: sitodruku lub druku UV.
W sitodruku wykonanie odbitki polega na przet³aczaniu
farby przez odpowiednio przygotowan¹ matrycê.
W przypadku druku UV obraz o fotograficznej jakoœci
uzyskiwany jest przez nanoszenie na lustro farb
atramentowych utwardzonych promieniami UV.

PRINTING ON THE MIRROR

Printing on the mirror's surface can be done with two
techniques: screen printing or UV printing. In the case
of screen printing, a print is made by pressing ink
through an appropriately prepared stencil. With UV
printing, photograph-quality images are obtained
by applying ink hardened with UV rays to the mirror's
surface.
