1. Each person using an account owned by the Client or its SAP no……………………
to place an order for domestic or international express road transport service at DHL
Express (Poland) Sp. z o.o., shall be authorised to act and incur liabilities on the
Client’s behalf. The Client shall be responsible for making its username, password and
SAP no. available to third parties.
2. The Client shall be responsible for making all payments resulting from ordering
collection of shipments via account owned by the Client, if the Client is indicated as a
payer.
3. The following rules shall apply to each order executed via the Client’s account:
a. for domestic express road transport – “Regulations for domestic transport and mail
services of DHL Express (Poland) Sp. z o.o.”, whereby, the order stipulated in
Article 10(2) of these regulations can be placed via the Client’s account.
b. for international express transport – “DHL Express – General conditions of the
agreement and liability rules”, effective at the time of placing an order.
