C1. Zapoznanie studentów z istotą prawa cywilnego oraz
podstawowymi instytucjami tej gałęzi prawa.
C2. Zapoznanie studentów z charakterem praw rzeczowych, ich
treścią, jak też skutkami prawnymi nabycia i wygaśnięcia praw
rzeczowych.
C3. Zapoznanie studentów z istotą zobowiązao, w tym umów,
podstawowymi elementami najczęściej spotykanych stosunków
umownych, jak też zagadnieniami z zakresu odpowiedzialności
odszkodowawczej.
C4. Zapoznanie studentów z charakterem prawa spadkowego,
sposobami i konsekwencjami powołania do spadku.
C5. Zapoznanie studentów z podstawami prawa rodzinnego i
opiekuoczego, instytucją małżeostwa, jak też opieki i kurateli.
C6. Uzyskanie przez studentów umiejętności rozwiązywania
podstawowych problemów prawnych z zakresu prawa cywilnego.

The aim of the course is to:
C1. Familiarise Students with the nature of civil law and its most
important institutions.
C2. Familiarise Students with the nature of property rights, the
content and the legal results of the acquisition and the lapse of
property rights .
C3. Provide Students with knowledge of the nature of legal
obligations, most frequent elements of contractual relations, as
well as of issues connected with the liability of damages
C4. Extend Student’s knowledge of the nature of inheritance law,
methods and consequences of the appointment to inheritance.
C5. Equip Students with the knowledge of family and custody law,
institution of marriage, care and custody over children
C6. Practice skills of solving the most common legal problems in
the field of civil law.
