The subjects were examined in two steps, namely during an initial test prior to the admission to our clinic and at admission to our clinic. Results: Both subgroups of the patients suffering from nutrition disorders who prematurely stopped treatment (AN-DR and BN-DR) revealed significant differences in the level of motivation factors and in the similar number of Adjective Check List scales. Conclusions: Treatment cessation in the group of patients with diagnosed anorexia nervosa was associated first and foremost with a low level of motivation for treatment and with the avoidance of critical realization their own and interpersonal difficulties. In patients affected by bulimia nervosa psychotherapy cessation was connected with difficulties in the sustainment of stable therapeutic relation and with signs of impulsiveness.
